Truly fantastic espressoDo you want good coffee or just coffee? Asked the concierge at my hotel.Espresso, pulled properly. Was my reply - then you need to go this way. Small spot but real espresso and a nice little place.It’s small, intimate and has an oasis patio across from a Hogwarts style private school.And fantastic espresso.

Expensive and not terrible, I paid $42 for two breakfast sandwiches. I had asked for an extra four dollar bacon for two or three small pieces. The sandwich is very small and not really well filled... I won't stop here

Picked up a sandwich to take back to work. Made to order, so if you have 20 minutes to kill, then great. But I wouldn't go back for that reason alone. As for quality and flavor, a definite 5 out of 5. But wow do you pay for it - $16 for a sandwich that was a little light on portion.

Terrible food and service. We had toast that look like bread sticks and the yogurt parfait tested expired. It was so sour. They said it was Greek yogurt but the taste was so sour we couldn’t eat a single spoon of it. They offered to replace the yogurt with a bagel and then they told us they would charge us for it.

Incredible coffee and amazing service. I would recommend this place any day. Its cute, quaint, clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the best coffee I've ever had and service. Thank you guys! ☕ The coffee was delicious, they also do a free tasting every Friday at 3:30. Check it out!

Terrible customer experience. I went here with a friend for a couple of lattes and sat down.. 5 minutes later, an employee comes over and hands us to go cups and says we can't stay in the cafe. I question the employee and he told me the front of house manager" said you have to leave.. Liberal use of the title for a 5 seat coffee shop.. Anyways we leave and 100% will never be back. There are 50+ other options in Victoria for good artisan coffee; don't waste your time here."

We had a family vacation at the hotel and this was by far my favorite place. Thank you James and crew for fabulous service, food and drinks on the Friday night. The kids loved the hot chocolates in the morning and I enjoyed a few Chai Latte's. Definitely recommend a nice place to unwind at the end of the day, or get yourself going in the morning.

This little cafe is on the ground floor of the Parkside Hotel and Spa all suite hotel. They have a healthy line up of patrons waiting to order, and only four tables outside. We drove by one day and saw people holding their food and looking at the four little tables outside. I think they also have a couple of tables setup in the lobby of the hotel, plus the hotel lounge area, I'm sure Tre patrons can sit in the lobby as well. We had breakfast there. They experienced internet problems when it was my turn to order and pay, I had to pay cash. And fortunately, I had some cash with me instead of just relying on mobile pay. Cappuccino, latte, toast and jam. Although the bread was nice and chewy, they cut the slices so thin that it was almost like eating fresh melba toasts. The home made jam was too sweet for me. The picture of the cappuccino shows very wimpy foam – yes, that's what it was.

This was the location attached to our hotel, which gave a gift certificate for our stay. We would have gone anyway. Weather was beautiful and we could eat outside, creating a particularly nice ambience. Happy hour meals were quite good, as were drinks. Service was attentive. We would return.
