I’ve worked with liv-well on more than one occasion, the entire team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.They treated me like family .Every payment was prompt and easy .The entire experience was exactly what I’d expect from a premium brand and their work ethic and professionalism proved that over and over again.Would never hesitate to suggest and work with them again .

We did a full main floor reno with LivWell. We started with them helping with the interior design. Cynthia is amazing, inspiring and very friendly. Her design team did an amazing job of getting everything rendered so we could see what we were deciding to do. The end result is amazingly like what we decided at the start. She was happy to help us throughout the decision making for colours, materials and problem solving.Once everything was set to go the reno team, run by Jordan, got started. They were always very respectful, responsive and pleasant. They clearly enjoy their work and each other. I really love my custom hood fan! Again, problem solving, support and consideration was given throughout the months long process of the reno. Before signing the final cheque to them, they do everything possible to make sure it is finished to our satisfaction.We are so happy with our final product, it is incredible, our home is transformed and Cynthia's vision is realized as a beautiful, practical and easy to maintain space. Livwell did a complete gut and renovation of my 2500 sq ft penthouse condo. Starting with the design process through to hanging pictures when all was complete, Cynthia, Jordan and their team were professional and easy to deal with. This was a big job. Our 20 year old condo was gutted to the studs and everything was removed and disposed of. The design was incredible and the changes dramatic. We love our place and we loved working with this team of professionals. They are unique as all the trades are employees so scheduling and meeting deadlines went very smoothly. Thank you for creating this wonderful living space for us!

I’m sad to say we had a negative experience with Livwell for multiple reasons. First off, it cost us $1000 up front for our designs, which we paid (biggest waste of money I have ever spent). Then, when we got our designs for the renos it was 3x the budget we had set… I felt we had a very healthy budget and if we were being unrealistic then they should have communicated that with us. We went over the design a few times and it was quite easy to find areas to save some money but they seemed annoyed that I didn’t go with the original plan and the quality of service went downhill.Then, they lost the original drawings we had done for our house. When I contact Cynthia about it she never responded to my emails or phone calls. When I got ahold of the receptionist she told me that Cynthia & Victoria said they never received them from me and that I can pay to get new ones from city hall. I told the receptionist I am 100% sure I gave the plans to them in person. Thankfully, she took my word for it and finally found them for me.So I am giving Livwell a 1 star for horrible customer service, being over budget & not working within the clients wishes, and for very poor communication. We ended up going with another company and saved $20,000 just on our fireplace Reno alone!The ONLY positive is the sweet receptionist who was the only person that provided quality customer service. So shout out to her !

We just bought our home and called Livwell who were recommended by a friend. We needed ideas and help designing our sons play room and bedroom. They were very responsive and super sweet. Cynthia worked hard for us as we kept changing our minds alot. Lol. I would have lost it but she was very understanding and totally on board with our multiple changes and never once showed any frustration. We are so happy we hired them and absolutely love what they have done with our sons rooms. He loves his play room so much that I can never get him out of it. Thank you Livwell for making our house a home. We love it and will definitely be using u again in the future and will recommend you guys to all of our friends!
