Listen, unlike other businesses that gets their family and loved ones to post five star reviews here’s an honest review from a customer that refuses to use another mechanic other than Daleys auto. There’s only a few mechanics out there that are trustworthy, fair and knowledgeable and these guys are my 1st choice always. Prices are fair, I can recall having them diagnose a check engine light for me and didn’t even charge a penny. Troy and Karmen are the friendliest people you can come across and I’m sure the other mechanics are as well though they are always around in the shop grinding away. If you’re looking for quality work i highly recommend.

I am very happy with their service. A few weeks ago I needed a wheel bearing replaced. Quick and easy to get an appointment and the repair was done on budget. Four weeks later I was back for a steering issue with the U-joint. Unfortunately, the part they received did not fit properly but they were on the phone immediately and had a new part there the next morning. Again the repair was completed quickly and was actually less than they quoted as the second part they received was less expensive. Many other shops would still bill the same amount as quoted but not Daley's. Both jobs seem to be perfect. I have 165,000km on my pick-up so I am sure I will need more repairs and I will definitely go back to Daley's!!

Hands down the most fair & honest mechanic in Mississauga. I had a small problem with my rear passenger tire on my BMW, as I am regular customer of Daleys prior to my reason for coming in at this time, they didn’t charge me and did the job on the house! Truly an awesome shop and recommend everyone to go here! 5/5

They serviced my honda for 2 years before the pandemic with no issues. During the pandemic, there was less reason to drive and less maintenance required from them in general. After the pandemic though, I am being taken for a ride.They service the car to increase my mileage, and charge me around 700+ for it. I accepted it - it had been a while since the car had received maintenance. Right after this service, car starts having other issues. Car battery fails to charge, car interiors start heating up. I go to them pointing out that none of these issues were happening before your worked on the car, and they evaded any accountability. My car battery had totally failed, so gave it them giving the benefit of the doubt.After keeping it a whole day, they tell me that the battery and solenoid need replacement. It will cost approx 300 - 150 for the battery, 60-80 for the solenoid and labor will all come to around 300 bucks. I go to pick up the car and the bill is very much 300 bucks, but they say that the solenoid was good and only need its wiring changed. They charged higher for the car battery, and added labor and still charged 300 bucks.Not going to the place again. They were nice people - but not anymore.

This has been my go-to shop for the past few years. Troy, Karmen and everyone else at the shop have always taken great care of me, every time I've brought a vehicle in for service. I 100% recommend them!

Had a “service brakes” light on and decided to check this place out after reading positive reviews. I took my car to this shop and they told me to leave the keys with them, and wander around for the next 20 mins until they call me. I went to the shoppers drug mart next door for more almost 45 mins and never received a call. I walked into the shop to get an update.The guy in the office told me my brake calipers were shot and I would need them replaced, and quoted me $1200 for the service. He didn’t even show me the calipers on the car or anything.With that high price, I decided to wait on it. And he also told me the lady who was supposed to call me, was dropping off a customer. It’s been already a few days and no call from the shop.I went to my cousin who is also a mechanic. I go to him as a last resort in car problems. He had a thorough look, he confirmed no leaks, brakes were all fine, just the sensor was faulty. He disconnected that, and told me I can either install a new sensor or I can just drive without one and anytime my brakes are worn out, I will hear some loud noise while I’m braking.Another mechanic I went to before my cousin also told me my brakes are perfectly fine, no leaks or anything. My car is good to go now!
