I was looking for a gearbox for my snowblower attachment and found one on their website. So I ordered it paid via credit card which was a mistake. The website showed one in stock which is not showing now. Never received it called after a few email attempts were ignored. So during the call was told it would be in on March 13th had to be backordered. Find that strange, but went on with the waiying for an email with tracking information after that date. Which btw never happened. Been trying since to get a response from these guys to no avail. Now, have logged a complaint with BBB which I believe will be a waste of time. So my advice to everyone out there, be careful doing business with these guys. They took my almost $500 dollars and is now ignoring me and have blocked my account on their website. Good luck to you all.

Wrote in to check on the status of a back-order and was told it would take 2 months to arrive. However, as I need it sooner, Moto Concept offered to find me an alternative with a similar color scheme and price range - even to the extent of covering a minor difference in price. Really appreciate them going the extra mile; no other supplier has ever made such an effort to retain a potential customer. In the end I didn't take up their offer, and they allowed a refund with no questions asked. Friendly and prompt in their replies, pretty rad service!

Great guys, great service, straight shooters! Everything you could ask for from your local bike shop. Replied to my emails within an hour, got me in quick during likely their busiest time of year and out the next day. They’ll keep you rubber side down. Will definitely be back. Cheers boys!

thanks for the great service Jason and team. Very competitive pricing on tires, efficient install time (dropped off by appointment so zero wait time - then finished ahead of schedule). They did a safety check on the bike too and caught a couple of small snags for me also.Internet competitive pricing at a local brick and mortar. Best of everything.Looking forward to visiting these guys again for bike service.

I ordered a wrench on a Monday. Website said shipping would be calculated at checkout. After checking out with all the information entered, my order showed pick up in North Vancouver. I live on the east coast. Emailed immediately. No response. Called the number on the website. Igor answered and told me he would fix it. 24 hours pass, no results. Call and speak to Igor again. Cancel order. He promised to take care of it. The following Wednesday still no refund. Call again. Spoke to Ryan wh was telling me he didn't have time to talk to me because he was to busy, but did manage to get my order number from me and said I would get a refund. Rude. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. Finally got my money back two weeks later. Not shopping with this company again EVER. Tried to shop Canadian.

Emailed in, was told to bring in my bike at a specified date and time. I asked for a quote but never heard back. When I showed up nobody had any record of my appointment. But they were able to accommodate and get the work done sooner than promised. Could have turned into a negative experience but they earned the 5 star with the service that day. Shout out to the guy (had an accent) at reception that day for squeezing me in. He single handedly turned me into a repeat client.

Great service and value. They’re my go-to mechanics. The guys even gave me some grease directly from their garage when I wasn’t able to find what I needed to finish a repair at home..free of charge. Top notch crew here!

I ordered a trailer wiring harness on their website. The website said they had 8 in stock. Nothing was shipped to me so I phoned them and was told they are looking for the part in their warehouse. I didn't hear from them again. I made 3 follow up phone calls. After 2 weeks, I phoned and they told me that they didn't have the wiring harness and would refund my money, which they did. This took them 2 weeks to tell me it was unavailable. I was very disappointed that I had to wait so long for an answer. Very unlikely that I will buy from them again. Terrible service.

ReviewMy experience with Motoconcept:I purchased my first motorcycle from Motoconcept in February of this year. I decided on a 1988 FXR they had for sale for $16,000. The bike had 59,000km with the motor being rebuilt around the 50,000km mark.I told them this was my first bike and they talked this bike up and said it was great and the FXR’s are a very sought after bike. After some thought, a little research and discussion with friends who have both dyna’s and FXR’s, I decided I was going to buy this bike. They advertised the bike as recently done up, with a decent amount of new modifications.I live in another province and purchased the bike under the impression and their trust this was an awesome ready to go bike. The bike was delivered later than expected. With minimal updates being made by the seller once they had my money.Upon the arrival the following was noticed about the bike:My biggest concern, the frame. It is very rusty and was recently spray painted to hide the rust. There is a large dent in the frame which is a concern for the structural integrity of the frame. The rear wheel is not installed correctly and has a lot of endplay, the rear caliper bracket is contacting the rear rotor. I can shake the wheel side to side with minimal effort. The rear axle had been installed with the wrong nut (supposed to be a castle nut to lock it from coming loose) so had I not had the bike looked over before riding this could have ended much worse. The fork seals are shot and are leaking oil excessively. The wiring is far from neat and tidy. The primary is leaking oil.The battery tie down is missing. The riser bushings are shot. The rear tire is done. There is no speedo cable.Lastly, most of the parts were spray painted and have begun to peel. The bike was sold to me with none of these being noted prior. I recognize that a 33 year old bike might require some TLC, but this is not a $16,000 bike. After some serious delayed back and forth over email (they took sometimes up to a week to respond) as they would not answer my phone calls, it finally came out the bike was sold on consignment. Motoconcept would not take the bike back and would not compensate me in any way aside from me shipping the bike back and selling it again on consignment through them.I purchased a motorcycle through a dealership to not deal with this kind of unprofessionalism, and to purchase a safe bike that is road-ready. This unfortunately was far from the case with Motoconcept.
