There are pros and cons : The promotion or salary raise process is very slow especially if the manager doesn’t support it much! No matter how hard you work or how flexible you are to works assigned, if they don’t want , you are not going to be compensated for your hard work.They make some groups to come to office three days a week while other departments are able to work from home always .On the other hand they have good benefits And its a well-known company to work for
