They make you wait 3 times in different lines for just same documents check.Can be more organized.

The application for US visa is a total nightmare compared to other US embassies around the world. To have an appointment you have to wait for 3 years!! They can do better than this, and they can hire more Americans to process the applications more efficiently and fast. USA is not that far away!l 4 or 5 more employees will not be difficult for the us budget!!

Guards should join the high school again to learn basic ethics. Don’t know how to deal with people. They show their upbringing

Very efficient and cordial! Unsurprisingly, the place is packed but the process is very efficient. They do check the same documents at least three times [by different people], which I understand can seem inefficient but I appreciated the rigor as it helps to prevent potential mistakes as well as corruption. I arrived at around 7:30 am for an 8am interview, I couldn't stand in line until about 7:45, was out around 8:50, overall much more quickly than I had feared.

It’s my first time to visit the embassy here in Toronto and I would say, I am impressed with how nice the security team was while we were lined up outside for our visa appointment. They are strict yet remained respectable to the people trying to get to their appointment. Also the staffs inside were organized, they make you line up and the wait time is fast. There are enough reminders inside and outside on what is allowed and not allowed to bring inside the facility. Electronics, phones and smart watch are not allowed inside the facility. There are Parking areas around the vicinity but it gets full fast because the spot is located in a busy area. I suggest you do commute to get to your appointment or park somewhere near and just walk your way to the office.

The guards at the embassy are rude. Doesn’t even know how to speak to someone. At least teach them before you hire them

Have all facilities outside.
