WORST PLACE EVER!!!PEOPLE BEVAVIORS DISRESPECTFUL, REPORTED NEXT DAY TO THEIR BOSS, EVERYTHING TO COMPLICATE LIFE FOR DRIVERS !! NO ONE ANSWER TEXT OR PHONE LIKE 30min , AND ONCE INSIDE THE GATE, WELCOME UNLOADING TAKE LIKE FOREVER, THIS IS MY LAST TIME DEALING WITH THOSE PEOPLES !!

Little confusing to get here, but very easy check in check out process, follow signs and do not follow your GPS! Been here a few times sometimes they take 15 minutes to load sometimes they can take upto 2 hours.

Avoid this place at all cost. Super rude shippers took forever to load you. Park your truck, roam around the city and still they won't give you the dock.Update. After every load they play call of duty for 2 hours. I will share the username the next time.

Great company. No face to face meeting any person. No third person interference for truck drivers. Very easy steps for pickup and delivery, and company will text you further step once you enter main door. I just picked up load and loved their service.

Truck route from hwy 8 take fisher hallmand road north make right on Highland road west then left on Belmont ave w and Right on Glasgow st. Entrance to Air boss plant is on your right hand side. Quick loading and unloading

if u here pickup, come 10 days before because these people are from lazy planet. No one bother to even reply you over phone. No respect for appointment time. Stupid staff. Worst place ever visited as a truck driver.

Well, I can confirm the receiver is an A-hole. I texted instructions that I needed both pages of the BOL signed , BEFORE I even backed in. They only signed one page , I text back that I need both signed, then I go to the door and he whips it open and snaps at me with a scowl on his face and says “ WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU NEED BOTH PAGES SIGNED ? “ I said there is a page 1of2 and 2of2, need them both signed. He says, “ Well, that’s first if heard of that in 30 years”On a positive note , the lot had been cleaned of snow and I was empty pretty quick , though I only had one skid.

I would suggest you be very but very careful working for this company. They will purposely hire temps to take advantage of hard working individuals. I worked in Customer service / Purchasing they provided little training and expected to have the assistants do all the complicated work while the manager took care of “other” tasks. Not sure what that was !This of course contributed to the multitude of errors and lack of providing good customer service.Not to mention as a temp if you are no longer useful * they will shut you out not having the professionalism to at least communicate the reason of not hiring you on.Very disappointing please seek employment elsewhere where you are valued, appreciated, and respected as a hard working individual.

Truck drivers Follow the truck route signs NOT your GPS.It’s look like old building but doing more rubber productions.Mostly they load very fast.
