If I could give 0 stars, I would. I agree with other reviews of the lack of service of the 2 girls that couldn’t be more disinterested. If this is who the brand is choosing to represent them, they definitely don’t deserve my money.

went last weekend to pickup gift , the staff were great help showing me different gift ideas and whats hot and what in style. the manager there Renata was swamped with work but would come in and check up on me to make sure everything is well--- props to her and the rest of the staff for making it a smooth and simple process

Amazing store! Has great deals, a great variety, and great costumer service!I see comments below about store being closed, as I am there literally once a week this is not true!They are low staff sometimes and it is normal for store to close a few minutes before to set up for the next day especially when no one wants to work these days so the same staff is there double shift. Come on people be concideret and respectful just because something didn't work your way doesn't mean it's bad!Staff is super nice and attentive and they make sure to give a very personalized service not based on quantity of people who buy. It's a whole experience at Marc jacobs!And the manager of the store is so down to earth and sweet!I forgot the names of the other employees that work there but they have been amazing!!!!!

Horrible location, the two employees seem more interested talking on their personal phone and on the computer than serving customers. Can't grab their attention even though only one in their store.

Horrible customer service. Came in and was looking at straps for my Tote bag. Two girls just standing there chatting. Didn't say Hi as I walked in and didn't even asked if I needed help. I was the only one in the store with my son! Was going to buy it as I wanted it, but I will go buy it from the Square one location, where they actually acknowledge you! Was here Friday May 5th at 5:30pm.

I came to the MJ store today June 28th (1pm) and the store wasn’t even opened yet?!?!?!. How is this even possible?! There was a crowd , ppl calling store , UPS even tried to deliver a package and no one to collect it! Security was saying they had no idea why the store wasn’t opened yet. This is so bad!

HORRIBLe service sunday april 9 at 12:18 the 2 girls working there are horrible attitude th eyyyy x didn’t even want to move to help they just remained talking to eachother - asked for prices and they didn’t even budge to go find it

Went in there on May 20th, 2023 to ask a question about my purse. They gave me a dirty look and ask me where I got my purse from. Like, I got it from Marc Jacob? They were not helpful at all. No advice, no recommendation on what I can do with the scratches on my purse. All they said was NO! TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!

I came in 2 weeks ago or so and had an amazing experience with the sales representative by the name of Mckenna, her energy was great, she was super supportive, and had wonderful customer service skills.She catered to me and my mother with all our needs. I was able to buy one of my first ever designer purses with a delightful experience, with upmost respect and quality. Will definitely return for any of my Marc Jacobs purchases in the future. Very pleased with my large tote bag as well!! Thank you again Mckenna.
