From the sales team to the install crew, Solaris exemplifies top notch customer service. It’s rare to find these days people that are so friendly and care about customer needs. Phil identified the right opportunity for us to get an awning at a price we could afford and worked tirelessly to make it happen. We've had two sliding screen doors installed by Solaris. The first one worked perfectly from day 1 and we've had no problems since. The second one was sticking a bit, and wasn't sliding smoothly after a couple months. They came and fixed it with no charge (since it was on warranty) and it's working perfectly now.The customer service on both installs was amazing. I 100% recommend Solaris!

I walked into the office and was looking for silicone bumpers for the retractable screen doors. I looked all over the city and they are hard to find. The staff gave me a few and did not charge me. Nice customer service. Thank you.
