So expensive, but nice stuff

I have been having a bitter-sweet experience with Bayview Village as a mall lately and it happens to be an entire fluke that this store changed my outlook momentarily. Let me begin by saying wow what a store, so many chandeliers and the door to enter through is priceless. The tall gentleman who I assume is the owner is very well-versed in his knowledge of products and understanding the customer's needs right away. I mentioned a few issues with my pillow, he suggested this Caza Cavour Majestic pillow and 6 days later it still has me in zzzzz. I'll be back for the sheets mentioned when my size is in stock and look forward to reviewing that. Thank you again.

They are not truthful. They sell a duvet with Less than half a pattern. Who would want that on their bed!! Looks ridiculous! Their sales assistant will say she always tells you!! Ya right, that is why I spent $300 in a duvet that I HATE and tried to take back. Once they have your money they treat you terribly. I would Never shop here again and make sure everyone knows what they do to fool people. Terrible experience!

They have awful customer service . I purchased a bath towel and washed it in order to use , lint covered my washing machine ( not the dryer ) discolouration was massive. Took it back to get my money. The two sales women gave me a hard time and lectured me that all towels are like that . To the readers of this note never buy anything from them . Spend your money in a reputable department store which I did . Shame on you who make your living like this

Bough 2 sets of duvet aparently they where like $800 dollars each set on sale for over $200. They are the worse sheets quality ever. They wrinkle so much you have to iron them.They pretent they are good quality but they are not. I will nevet buy there again.

I purchased a set of sheets as a gift. I came back to return them unopened two weeks later. The store refused to take them and wouldn’t even listen to my complaint. I will never shoo here again, even though I have liked some of their products in the past.

We have photographed many weddings here and WOW...the building and surrounding area has so much to shoot and the staff and foo are amazing.

My family and I go into their store to see their Pillows and beds and try them out. I go on one of the beds to see if I like it and the workers say don’t go on the beds we don’t do this here. It’s unacceptable, how am I supposed to buy their products when I can’t try it out.

Very friendly staff and great designs..Always new stuff with great quality.
