Kyle is a very thorough and knowledgeable inspector. He responded to our request quickly and we were fortunate to get an appointment when we needed it. Very detail orientated and gives a very comprehensive report. Points out the little things along with anything else that could raise a flag. Luckily ours didn't but just had minor normal wear and tear details. Price is industry standard. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for fantastic inspector.

His organized colour coding photos made it simple to follow and understand what he was referring to. He gave us good insight on renovations, improvement and some vital tips on required maintenance. This has been invaluable for us as we are first time home buyers.
