On Side Restoration Services

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. They were preferred vendor by my insurance company after storm damage to my roof. Took them weeks to submit the damage report thus delaying the claim. Once that was finally in and settled, it took them 2 more weeks to get back to (Because the project manager handling my job was on vacation, and failed to have anyone else follow up). Finally, after several phone calls from my side they said they would start work on my roof in two weeks. Three weeks later, and it's still not started. And not even a phone call from On Side to tell me when I might expect work to commence.2+ months after the storm and my roof isn't even started. Save your time and call someone else.

I can't say enough good things about these guys and their kindness. I was stranded in my stalled car in a flooded area outside of their building last night. They did not hesitate to walk through water over their knees to come and push me out. It takes special kind of people to help like that. Hearts of gold. I think that must also speak to the work they do for their customers. I cannot wait to repay the favor with any business I can give to them or send their way.

On Side to the rescue! For a second time in the last few years I brought in On Side to address a water leak in my basement. They have a great team of employees who planned & structured the restoration in conjunction with some extra work that flowed from the original water damage. Besides doing very good professional work, they exhibit a team spirit that makes working with them a pleasant experience even with an unforeseen, unpleasant event.Great work guys & gals. You are appreciated.

My husband and I had suffered from a sewer back up this winter. The staff at On Side Restoration were really great with helping us through this situation. They really cared about our personal belongings and took pride in their work.The response time was fast and the Project Manager took the time to explain the insurance process to us (this was our first ever insurance claim).We were surprised that we could use On Side for our repairs as well. They did an excellent job putting our home back together in a timely manner.What I liked about them the most, is that they answered ours questions honestly and quickly. We understand that we are not the only customer they have, but they really made us feel like we were the only ones.Thank you On Side staff for all your help. We had a water leak into our basement in February, Brendan arranged a crew to be in the following morning and damaged material was removed and drying process started. Then the province shut down due to Covid. We delayed the completion of the process until last week and finally completed it. The guys were professional and courteous and the work was excellent. Special thanks to Melanie for bending over backwards to do some re-scheduling so project was completed on time. This is a great company and would highly recommend them for any restoration work.

Very disappointed with the services ON SIDE RESTORATION provided. There Price list ABCA8X_AUG21 description of services rendered was very complete with details of the cleaning they had performed and the price for each to complete. The only thing was the cleaning was not done! We (owners) didn't see the room till our renter had moved out at the end of October so didn't get a look till then, He had complained about the lack of cleaning that was done but we didn't see the room till after he had left. The pictures showed a big mess of debris but that was all removed by the renter prior to ON SIDE arriving (charged $57.62 for dump fees?). We had to clean & re-paint the popcorn ceiling, and cleaned & painted the walls. Removed the windows & screen which were filthy and cleaned. No indication the loose lay plank flooring had been removed as there was debris in the end gaps of some of the planks ($90.86 charged!). Cleaned & repainted bi-fold doors ($29.56!). Total bill was $1279.60 and were in and out in 3 hours! I would absolutely not recommend this restoration company to anyone.

This company is totally useless. What should have been an easy clean up and repair started in June and is still currently unfinished. This is now October. They don't answer calls or messages. They don't finish the job, they just take the money. Stay away from this company.

We received excellent and timely service from On Side's Calgary office. Their subtrades completed their phase of the project on time and did high quality work. This company's rapid response helped to mitigate the damage of the flooding that we experienced after a significant hailstorm penetrated our roof.

This place is a joke from them damaging our walls and blaming us to leaving there rotten coffees everywhere for us to clean not to mention unplugging our freezer with over 1500 in food and leaving it unplugged for weeks for us to find. Gross absolutely disgusting but they don't care oh well The project manager says oh well not my problem your insurance should cover us being careless but no it sure doesn't now my family is out thousands for there careless acts. To top it off its been 2 months still not done. We are now almost finished and I have the project manager tell me I can't post certain things on here so I have adjusted it lol but it has now been over 3 months and this is almost doneSo watch out people use a different restoration companyAnd they won't pay for the freezer issue because I have posted commentsThis is my right to post my horrible experienceGrow up Onside

After our sewer backed up, a team was there within 30mins - cleaning, moving contents and organizing the restoration. Total repair was done quickly and efficiently with a minimal disturbance to our home. The On Side team members were polite and helpful in answering any of our questions throughout the process
