The staff were extremely friendly, from the consultant to the installer. They came out to the house measured my window and brought samples with them. They fit perfectly. I also liked that they manufacture the blinds locally unlike every one else. During these times I would rather keep someone local working then some one in China or Mexico. Oh by the way they were also a lot less expensive then everyone else.
