Hansen Packaging

We have always received excellent product and service from Hansen Packaging. We would not consider going elsewhere for our tubes. I really appreciate how they are able to string the tubes together so they are nicely stacked on the skid. Makes it very easy to move and work with.

I would give 0 star if there’s that option. We had great experience with Trend-pak but because they were far away. We found Decided to give Hansen a try because they were just around the corner from us. It was a horrible experience. We gave the plate with our word-mark and asked them to printed in BLACK ink and also stressed that we are shipping heavy products and needed the end caps to be heavy duty. When we come to received it, the word mark was printed in blue and they gave us thin and flimsy end caps. We brought this to their attention to which they said that they don’t have any heavy duty end caps, and argued that they did not find any record indicating that we wanted the word mark printed in black (why did they printed in blue?) we asked them to rectify, to which they simply responded that “next time, we will print them in black”. They kept emailing us asking us to pay, ignoring the fact that the need to rectify the issue. Finally, they offered a 10% off and threatened to take us to court if we don’t pay the next day.Do your self a favour and go to Trend-pak and save all your headacheBeware of the positive reviews because they are the people from Hansen. I know for a fact because one 5 stars review was from Luz Valdes - she is the one that we delt with.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Horrible service. Insulting, patronizing and full of ego. I've been ordering annually from what used to be Hansen Tubes and found the service there amazing. Not sure why the name change but definitely change of ownership. I'm all about supporting the local shop but def not these guys.

I have only been working with Hansen Packaging since November, but I have never had a better customer service experience than I have with Amanda and Luz. They are always willing to work with me to get the job done quickly and properly. Chris also always comes through in stressful situations to get the best result for both parties in a problematic situation.Would recommend!!
