Staff are super nice and helpful. Bought a toy in box got it home to realize all the while plastic has turned yellow and it was missing parts. It’s on me for not opening the box in store but I feel there should have been some note or something on the outside to let people know the condition of the product before hand… ESPECIALLY missing partsI lost my transaction paper on the way home so it is what it but some heads up for next time I suppose

Really good place to get some old gaming consoles, such as the PlayStation! Would go here again!

I was in geek heaven. All the items. The amazing nostalgia and so well displayed and put together. It was amazing. I loved every minute there. Cannot wait to go back. They literally had all fandoms I have. Amazing.

From old and new GI Joes, Transformers, Marvel, TMNT, Star Wars, Micro Machines and more. I have seen more than i can remember and remember more than i have seen.""

A true hidden gem, I was blown away by the quantity and quality of cool stuff here. From classic toys to more modern, gaming systems and literature, one could easily spend hours perusing this place. Staff were overly to deal with, really giving you that small business customer service you'll never get online or a at a big box store. Plus, I fell in love with 'Gore' the loveable pepper behind the counter.I will definitely be coming back here often.

I stopped by here a few times , and laughed when I saw their 1st edition DnD prices . Priced off non completed eBay sales , not considering condition or completeness. The rest of the prices are similar. This explains why it's a stockpile of mostly overpriced junk. No one is buying , yet they don't understand the concept of market value vs eBay value. They clearly have no experience of selling on eBay , and seem to think that listing an item in eBay =sale .It was nostalgic seeing some items I haven't seen in years , but that's about it .

Pretty huge collection of toys but their staff are lazy. I called about some parts I was looking for and they won’t even check if they have them. Told me to come in and check. I drove in an hour from outside the city to their downtown location. They told me they were short staff and couldn’t check their parts department. Try again next time I’m in. Uh, there won’t be a next time now! And their prices are out to lunch. You can find better prices with the shipping included on eBay in most cases. Crazy!

Overpriced over pricecharting and eBay sold listings but offers 20-30% and not even of the same listings.. Place has lots of stuff but most of the employees don’t even know what a lot of the games are or even know anything about majority of the stuff.They don’t know prices or values at all.The repairs by the owners are bad and over priced.They offered me 30-50% of value on a cecha01 but couldn’t tell me where they valued it on. I asked if they use eBay to price considering it’s the market price for everything used retro to new gen..I told them the actual prices and they told me I’m wrong and must be looking at CIB which btw are double triple the price…price charting prices come from eBay…After I asked this the lady then immediately hung/rudely ended the phone call after asking this…Didn’t even say goodbye or anything,then I called back and another lady answered the phone then they lied and said they were having trouble with their phone. even tho I could hear them hang it up. smh.Considering winnipeg has such monopolized regulations and laws I’m not surprised that this place has the best ratings and supply of stuff. It’s in the name. Snakes.Atleast PNP can produce a price and tell you over the phone.The customer service here is terrible. If you ever go to another large city in another province or a state in the USA and check out the video game stores it’ll prove how low quality and greedy this place is.Your employees should take the time to do the research (1 minute) and look up value. Instead of arguing with people and expecting them to drive to your store. Terrible customer service.Low quality employees.Minnesota game stores make this place look like GameStop at the height of its greed.But atleast GameStop employees knew about the games what they were and took the time to actually price it out instead of argue.Minneapolis video game stores make this place look and feel terrible. This is not a collectible store. It’s a greedy business.

Been going here for years, only place I'm willing to go in Winnipeg, prices are good, staff is fun, and I always find a treasure when I go!
