All but one staff members are friendly, helpful and professional. The store is clean and tidy. The washroom was clean and tidy well stocked but the toilet paper rolls were put in the dispenser backwards. As I went to pay there was a lineup but they paged and opened additional registers to bring lineup down fast.

Advertise ONTARIO strawberries. Only USA product availableExtra large grapes were the size of rabbit droppings.Often don’t have advertised fruit specials.

Unfriendly, dismissive cashiers at their north Ajax location...especially the lady at the express lane. Extremely rude to an elderly man because he didnt know how to use the debit machine to the point where I had to address it.Teach your staff good customer service!! The no frills up the street have much more friendly staff

Eska water. No limit mentioned on line. When go to purchase, one gets refrained from (purchasing) 5 manager says limit 4. Ok purchased my last four from food basic. Yay Freshco

Food basics is turning into one of my favorite shopping centers due to their amazing prices I like the fact that there's a self-checkout section but they still have lots of people who are actually working the Cash's to help you so I prefer that over yourself check out to be honest also the way the grocery store is set up everything is easy to find and readily available there's always the staff member who will help you if you cannot find something you were looking for or if you need help carrying out your groceries it's in a prime location and I really don't have much else to complain about
