We ordered an XL pepperoni and cheese, well done.Pizza had no sauce and was not well done.

Today I went to this pizza pizza location for the first time In many years. I went vegan in 2019 and though I have had the odd vegan pizza from this chain, I have not stepped foot in this particular store. Admittedly, having grown up at the top of Brant street I have frequented this location many times in my younger life. This used to be a staple in unsober nights out through my high school years, it was one of the few establishments near my house that was open late.With all that being said, today I took a leap of faith and decided to reward pizza pizza with my business for their leadership in expanding the plant based offerings. I saw a few advertisemtns for the new vegan chicken sandwich collaboration with lightlife and I simply could not ignore it. What I discovered blew me away.I entered the store just after 9 PM. I spoke to the cashier who may have also been the franchise owner and frankly it would not surprise me if this individual was the president of the company. Before I even ordered the plantbased sandwich I was astonished by the level of professionalism from the staff and the cleanliness of the store. Upon entering, it was clear to all parties that tonight would be a monumental occasion. I explained to him my excitement, and he expressed to me that though he had not personally tried the sandwich, it was one of the most popular items since it debuted this week. I placed my order, opting for the spicy version and he informed me it would be ten minutes. I took my seat, closed my eyes and the ten minutes felt like 17 seconds as my life before me came to an end, and my new life was about to begin.The Sandwich:Our valiant hero delicately delivered the sandwich to me, holding it with two hands as he transported it in the wrapping paper from the kitchen to my table. I strategically sat by the window so I could keep an eye on my bicycle. I asked him If it was heavy. His response suggested that though the sandwich itself was light, the weight of the plantbased future was atomic. He placed it on the table in front of me. It felt as though a new dimension had opened. I sat there pondering the implications of my actions. At this point I was neo, and the cruelty free delicacy was the red pill and ignoring it was the blue pill. Most people might shy away and run, Throwing the sandwich at the wall as they seek shelter in their cozy existence. I don't blame them, as my own instincts screamed at me to leave. I took a deep breath fighting all my intuition and unraveled the wrapping paper.As I unfolded the foil wrapping I could hear the collective celebration of one billion chickens who would not be slaughtered by the sale of this sandwich. I lifted the top bun to my delight, as it appeared identical to any deep fried chicken I have witnessed in my life. I then lifted the lightlife patty and gazed upon three glorious pickles bathing in the vegan spicy mayo. When I shut the buns back together the ground shook. I look around concerned for the disturbance I caused, but it seemed that the staff was accustomed to this. Before I could sink my teeth in, I had to close my eyes to make sure what I was witnessing was true. Upon reopening I knew exactly what I needed to do.With one hand on each bun I slowly raised it to my mouth. My entire body was shaking. I open my mouth and sunk my teeth into the southern corner of the round sandwich. My initial thought was horror. This immediately turned into shame. Even though I have not tasted real chicken in over two years, my gustatory cortex in symphony with my amygdala was firing out of control. I thought maybe they had tricked me, the plant based marketing was simply a ploy to get vegans to break their oath. It tasted exactly like chicken! As my eyes filled with tears and I contemplated my course of action, having betrayed my entire vegan lifestyle I took a closer look at the patty. Though it looked similar, it was distinctly not chicken. I rejoiced as I came to understand the magic of modern science. The Sandwich was delicious. As good as any deep fried fast food chicken sandwich

I was served yummy pizza and poutine. Neat and clean store. I would definitely visit this place again to satisfy my pizza cravings. Staff is very friendly too.

This Pizza Pizza location has to be one of the best locations I have been to so far. The customer service is excellent and I was served right away with enthusiasm. The pizza I had received had a generous amount of toppings ,perfect aroma and it was perfectly cooked like I had ordered.Overall I would highly recommend this location and I definitely will be coming back.

Extremely fast delivery came in 20 minutes driver and phone person were very nice as well but they forgot the Buffalo sauce on my poutine not a huge deal I have some at home and the food was hot but the lid was not on my poutine and the bag had so much gravy spilled there was a hole in the bag. None the less the food is very good and fresh!

Best pizza I had in a while. It had just the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. Also, amazing customer service and a friendly staff.

Drove by at 9 pm this evening. The food handler was outside smoking.. Saw my car pulling up and threw his stub and went inside. Had to leave as I didn't want him to touch food as my son wanted Pizza. Went to another pizzeria near by. No offense, but being very careful.

Amazing Pizza and customer service. They always have fresh slices available, giving so many options to choose from instantly ..definitely the best pizza around..

We had delicious, well made pizzas from this location. Excellent service by friendly staff! Good place to dine in or take out...Thanks for serving the community!
