No Payne Roofing

We hired No Payne Roofing to supply and install a metal chimney pan. Initial contact was with Brody who responded right away, confirmed that they could do the work, sent an estimate, and coordinated work timing with the company doing stucco repairs on the chimney. Nolan reached out to confirm timing of installation, and responded very quickly to any messages. He did the installation of the pan, and also checked the condition of our roof and resealed several spots for no extra charge. Quick communication, friendly staff, and quality work. I would recommend No Payne Roofing without hesitation.

I recently hired No Payne Roofing to clean out bird nesting areas above my front door and install additional bird spikes throughout the area. Nolan came to work. He also performed general roof maintenance, including sealing the Bvent storm collar and gluing in three loose tiles at the base of the chimney. I'm absolutely thrilled with the work Nolan did! Not only does my roof look great, but I no longer have to worry about birds nesting or landing on my property. We woke up today to our basement leaking from the roof, straight down the walls. After calling no less than 10 different roofing repair companies and getting quotes from $600-$2000 to come out to our emergency; I thankfully found No Payne Roofing.They quoted me a reasonable fixed rate to stop the roof from leaking, and anything above and beyond that would be my choice. Wonderful.Bo came out and was the pinnacle of professional. He took videos and pictures of the problem, explained all the different options I would have to fix it, and repaired it with new parts - the same day - for next to nothing more than the original quote.When you are panicked and in stress - it is wonderful to have people and companies like this you can trust. I called the No Payne team for an assessment of my roof because I'm considering a solar panel install. After a visit from the repair team, I decided to get a roof quote from them. I decided a new roof was appropriate (18 years old). They were easy to communicate with and provided straightforward quote options. The work was done quickly and the crew was efficient. Since they knew about the solar work I was considering they asked for a reference schematic of the panel install locations and moved the roof vents to accommodate the planned panel locations! Paying for a new roof is never fun, the No Payne made the process easy and I feel they did a quality job.

On a windy day part of the fascia was hanging out and it looked very dangerous. I called No Payne roofing and they confirmed they would fix it the same day. Brody was working on the other part of the city but he told me he would come. Just 4O minutes later he was here at my home. Brody did an excellent job fixing the roof and also took pictures and showed me the job done. I will hire them again.thanks Brody!

Didn't use them but my neighbor did and has been absolutely frustrating and unprofessional. When they were were tossing shingles off the roof they were hitting my house scratching my siding. Once I called an complained the did their best to clean it. The remaining shingles that they havent got around to clean up have been sitting half on my property for nearly 2 weeks. Definitely wouldn't recommend them based on what I've witnessed.

Carly showed up to do the quote and she was great at explaining everything and took the extra step to go into the attic and ensure extra checks. Others, simply walked around on top of the roof and provided estimates.The work done was completed well and looks amazing. Great communication and the clean up was immaculate. Like they were barely even here. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Huge shout out to Brody and Carly for a job well done!Needed a section of roofing over my deck repaired as the water was coming through. Was happy to see Brody arrive as he had previously installed a skylight for me and done a great job. When he started he found that It turned out there was more damage than we had earlier thought and the job was going to take longer than we had anticipated. Brody called Carly to assist and they got it all done. They worked well as a team, were very friendly, and took the time to explain all that had to be done. When the repair was finished, they cleaned and removed every spec of the materials they had to remove and left the area spotless.It was a pleasure to be around them, as it is obvious they take pride in their work and care about the quality of the service they provide.Thanks again you two!!!Will definitely call you for any future repairs.
