Dropped off a package to ship. The clerk was knowledgeable and helpful, and friendly, both to the person before me (who had a complicated request) and to me. Reading the other reviews, well, my experience was excellent.

December 9, 2020The worst courier service I've ever had in comparison to Purolator and Canada Post.I paid $60 for an over night service and didn't get my package last night, December 8th by 8 pm.I opted in for email and text notification and all I get is another 24 hour wait although my package is sitting right at the local FedEx depot right in my neighborhood.I phoned the customer service and won't even try to check with the local depot as to provide a more specific time delivery.You have used the pandemic as an excuse for the delayed delivery and yet you charged your customer the regular rate for an over night shipment.If there is no guarantee on an over night shipment, you shouldn't charge for regular over night shipment, that is totally unacceptable and a total rip-off!!!

Absolutely more than useless shipping service. Customer reps are less than unhelpful, they aren’t honest about shipments and the help that they claim to be doing for you. FedEx has zero protocol for COVID-19, forcing me out of quarantine to go and meet with multiple employees to try and recover my package, simply because the drivers “don’t have cell phones” and won’t call upon arrival when my apartment does not (and for good reason) give the public access into the entrance room.

I’ve waited for more than 2 hours to ship the documents. The one who helped me was a trainee and clearly he doesn’t know what his doing.. when I came home I tracked my shipment, it says cancelled when I didn’t even cancel it.

I have to give a low review because they only reason this place exists is to send out your packages and I was unable to accomplish this here. They had NO option for ground delivery even though it's clearly listed on their website. Don't give me this covid garbage. If you can't do a deliver make sure it's listed on your website. My guess is this particular location simply refuses because then they can make more money off express (the next lowest rate was literally triple the price).

Shipped and arrived sooner than expect.Only problem is I received 0 notice.Guy called me while I was sat at a breakfast restaurant had to run across downtown to make before he left.I said please keep it with you I will be there asap"I guess he took that as Park across the busy street and leave my suitcase right out side my downtown apartment...Then when I grab it he honks and yellsIs that "Trystan?"Ya. Ya it was me but if it wasn't? Could have walked away no problem.This is why I use UPS or Canada Post...."

Paid $177 for two day shipping. Checked the tracking number the day after it was supposed to arrive; hasn't left the location yet.I would honestly use any other company than FedEx. If zero stars were an option, this review would have it.

Five stars for Adriana, who is a super calm, friendly and very helpful individual. I would be so stressed in her position but she was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond for the elderly couple ahead of me in line. I can see how wait times could be high as she was the only one working for the ship department, but you often find that at any shipping store.

Terrible company with bunch of scam drivers and incompetent customer service rep., totally screw up. Avoid and use some other providers.
