Who ever calls and answer the phone is a real see you next Tuesday. She really needs to act more professional, start relaying all the information that is needed and stop assuming people should know. Honestly I’m disappointed in Teresa’s business ethics just because it’s your parents business doesn’t not mean you can treat people the way you do. Our family will family go somewhere else for our heater.

Wow… just got off the phone with the most nastiest person… we were booked in for June 3rd… no one showed up at our house to open our pool… so I called first thing Monday morning 910am spoke to the lady at home explained the situation. And that’s when things took to the worst. I asked them if they were showing up today and her reply was no… they can now come June 7th. Well if I was next on the list to be booked in June 3rd I should be next in line? No? The girl on the phone started to raise her voice at me and then said I can cancel your appointment! How is this customer service? We purchased our pool from you..and you have been a problem ever since. I truly don’t like writing bad reviews but you need to do something about your customers service!!

Thank you, Amy, for a super job with your team in Spring 2022, when you repaired our pool, repoured cement and installed a new pool liner.We checked today before start of winter 2022 and water level/skimmer plug/ and return nozzle caps are holding well. We are quite pleased with your advice, quality of work and your team's/Jacob's tips.We appreciated your professional guidance after having had a bad experience with a substandard pool company.So 5 stars well deserved!

My pool went from a filthy nasty mess (thanks to the prior tenant) to absolutely beautiful because of these guys. They're AMAZING! They fixed it when no one else would. They took 4 hours to pump the filthy water, clean the foundation, scoop the crud out and reattach the liner. It looks the way it always should have.I highly recommend this company to anyone with pool issues.

We are relatively new pool owners (two years), and until now had been getting our water tested, pool chemicals, and salt from another store in St. Catharines with very lukewarm experiences every time. A friend recommended Paradise and I'm so glad they did. The entire staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, not to mention so patient with our many questions!

Paradise pools is just that, a paradise from the poor service I've been accustomed to getting.Never have had to wait in a long line to get water tested.They answer their phones and stock many parts and pieces.They have knowledgeable store staff, that care.They have a convenient and effective service scheduling dept - I have my opening and closings booked for the next 5 years!The crew they send to service is also top notch - friendly, helpful advice and knowledgeable.If you have a pool you know that maintaining it can be frustrating and challenging. I've always been able to rely on Paradise.

Purchased a pool from St. Paul St location in St. Catharines. Came in and provided half the cost as deposit, with plan to pick up in 4 weeks time.Called to explain would be slightly delayed in picking up and advised this was not an issue.Arrived today to pick up pool and after waiting a considerable length of time was advised by staff that they had transferred the pool I had purchased to another location and it was sold. The staff who explained this to me was incredibly rude, as commented on by others in line with me. No apology or explanation was provided.
