Maple Crest - City Vibe Developments

I’m living here from the last 2 years, property manager Trina never try to accommodate any requests or complaints. she always ends conversation with blunt answer. Recently we have been complaining about broken elevator from the last month, she just says its out of her control so she can’t do anything.

Trina the property is for unprofessional and rude to deal with. Had an issue with a parking ticket as I was moving a friend of a friend out. There were multiple different parties and didn’t know each other. Many of us got tickets and they would only cancel one ticket. She told me I’m only one single person and I wouldn't understand as it is above my head and I just have to pay it. If this is how she deals with little things I’d hate for her to be my property manager. I’ve read other reviews about her as well and can see it is a reoccurring theme. I’d rent from someone else. Her last email was not addressed or professional. I had asked her multiple times for her number to chat on the phone to work things out. She cares more about taking your money.

I previously rented with CityVibe in Calgary and absolutely LOVE the company and their standards. When the opportunity to rent with them arose here in Edmonton and my son and I were facing homelessness, CityVibe and Niaz & Pam in the rental office at Maple Crest went ABOVE and BEYOND to make things happen and give us our beautiful new home! I cannot even begin to say how AMAZING Niaz & Pam were! They were professional, compassionate, worked hard on our behalf to make a miracle happen and made us feel like they truly cared about us as humans, not just a tenant to fill a unit. These ladies are two of the most amazing ladies you’ll ever meet and really know their business of getting people into a home! I will be FOREVER grateful to Niaz & Pam and will continue to LOVE CityVibe as a developer & management company because they truly CARE about people! My son and I are beyond happy in our new home and hope to spend MANY years here at Maple Crest. Thank you to Niaz & Pam for making us feel so at home even before this was our home and thank you to CityVibe for welcoming us back home! If I could give a million stars I would! I recently moved here in new build apartment. It is really nice to live here. Pam (property manager) is very helpful in each and every process of over moving. All services and maintenance is provide very quickly. I would like recommended this place to everyone.

The customer service I received from Pam has been absolutely incredible. She was informative, professional, and prompt (either from emails or voicemails). From viewing the suites to now living in one I felt that she made this an easy process for me with great supports in place. Thank you Pam for your expertise :)

Pam for sure is the best part about living at Maple Crest! She is a hard worker who always prioritizes the needs of tenants, the cleanliness of the buildings and keeping up with other tasks that need to be done. She is one of the best Leasing Agents/Community Managers I have met all across the city. You are sure to be taken care of when living at Maple Crest because of the regular staff.

It was my pleasure meeting with Niaz Abdul, She is very professional,informative,supportive and charming,She was very happy to assist me and answer my all questions, she is a good listener as well. I had a great experience getting an apartment thanks to Niaz . She was very helpful and gave me everything I wanted and needed. Naya was amazing even getting back to me on the weekends. She was helpful with even getting me insurance and even got me an amazing deal with a TV from vision electronics.

I am moving to Maple Crest in a few days. So far I can say that I am very happy with my decision. Pam made things easy for us, explained everything clearly, was fast answering back to all my calls and emails and the communication between us was smooth and clear. I honestly believe Pam was the reason why I chose Maple Crest as my new home. The apartment is spotless clean, the area is amazing and I can't wait to move there.

I’ve lived here in a corner, top floor suite since July. To date the management, suite and amenities have been superb. I’ve reached out several times to property management with minor inquiries, their responses have been professional and in a timely manner.The views to the East are remarkable.To date, I have been satisfied with my stay so far. I will update this review if my experience changes.
