Had an amazing pedicure this morning, very well done and my feet feel amazing.Mani as well, I usually come away hating the feeling of stuff on my finger nails, these feel amazing. I'll be back for sure. Staff was friendly and so kind, felt very at ease here.

Came to get my nails done as I want to support local. I’ve been here a couple of times with no issues at all. This time it was different and I won’t be returning. I originally made an appointment for 5:30 and they called back asking me to come at 4:30 not sure why as they had 4 people waiting for appointments at 4:30. I arrived at 4:20pm and was done by 4:55. Are you surprised by looking at my nails? I would have come another time to not be rushed. She told me my nails were pretty soft and I should do an overlay I asked how much she said $45 with colour. I said sure that’s fine she went ahead and filed my longer nails as short as possible.I don’t think my nails have ever been this short and so painful. Also asked for a manicure but I sure didn’t get that. When I got to the cash I gave her a gift certificate for $40. She then told her I owed her $13.11. So $53.11 for this. I should have asked for tips with that price. I’m so disappointed and will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. At least the colour is nice.

They constantly over book at this place. I booked an appointment and they were thirty minutes late and then could only fit in my pedicure (even though I booked a Mani and Pedi) so I booked a Mani for following day at 2. Arrived and was told they were too busy and to come back at 3:30. I am all about supporting local but this is not acceptable. .

This place is the best in town. The employees are very personable. The workers remember everyone and are so nice. Services are always awesome, including eyebrow waxing and acrylics. Decided to leave a review after 5 years of coming to them.

Made an appointment for my daughter and me at 4:30pm, we walked in at 4:25pm and they were clearly packed but I assumed they were finishing up with everyone else. When I said I was there for our 4:30 appointments they did not tell us they were running behind and simply said have a seat. At 4:45pm we got up and picked out a nail polish, still nobody said anything to us. If they had told us to come back I could have run errands or made other plans. At 5pm we stood to leave and put our nail polish back and then they said they could do me now, I asked for my 6 year old daughter to get done first as she was done waiting, they hesitated but obliged. By 5:20pm, when I had scheduled myself to be finished they still did not have anyone to do my 4:30pm manicure so we left after my daughter was done. They never apologized or offered to give a discount if we came back for mine, zero customer service. I will NEVER go back, what a waste of time and now my nails are not done for my function this weekend.

Appear to be new people here now. Seems Kim and Steve are no longer there. I booked an appointment but they were too busy to honor it. Very rude about it. I will not return. Wish I k ew where Kim and Steve went.

First I got a pedicure and it was very rushed I wasn't happy with the service the nails it self were good but very rushed didn't even get cream on my feet only on my legs ect. I thought I would give it 1 more try and I am very happy I did. This time I got a shellac manicure and I'm very happy with the nails and the service. Will definitely be back. 5 star. Can't wait to try out a pedicure next time.

I had my nails done few days ago and it was shellac by Tina. I have used her a couple of times and for the most part she does good nails. But only until you ask her something simple even. For example last time i asked her to shorten my nails a bit more and she was so rude. Didnt say anything to me but holding my hand so tight like she was so mad. Today i returned because my nailpolish were chipping after 4 days!! First of all i called and made an appointment with her for 1pm! Not like i showed up unannounced. I arrived at 12:55pm. She told me she wouldnt do my nails and that i have to wait for someone else if they get time they will do my nails. She was not happy that my nails were chipping and seemed like it was my fault like always. It took an hour to have my nailspolish removed. And i asked the person who was doing my nails to just take the nailpolish off. I dont want a new nailpolish on. No apology no nothing. I dont want to waste my time by coming and complaining unless there is actually something wrong which it was. But i was treated very badly by her. Will not go back to her!!

I have never had a pedicure before, but these guys are truly amazing!!!Very friendly, very professional, very cleanI will definitely be back!!Thank you for the amazing experience!
