Small diner spending 289 a month for 3 tablets.. e-mail after email after email trying to get me to pay MORE!!! It’s EXHAUSTING trying to figure out what it all is.. and at one point I got signed up for 99.00 a month loyalty program didn’t know it until the free 3 months was up.. once contract is up I’m DONE but over all the Program is good and I own all my hardware.. so 2 stars not 1

Terrible after sales service. Horrible follow up. Great at over promising and under delivering. Initial programming was rushed. Didn’t take the time necessary to listen to understand the needs of myself and the business. Now everything is a module on line that you need hours and hours to learn how to program and use the system. You’re on your own. COVID has been an effective tool for businesses like this to hide behind and use as an excuse for just about every reason they can’t service you effectively. Very disappointed.

Update: Got response from owner to whom I would like to reply - we have already dropped multiple emails to customer service & ‘N’ number of Ids, made multiple calls to the customer service and to the core team involved in providing the services to me. Tell me something which we don’t know and would really work for to resolve this issue.This Team is a fraud company. They deliver damaged printers to the client and then deny taking responsibility.Moreover, they don’t listen to your complaints and queries for months and in the end ghost the client after making them wait for solutions by making false promises.Would suggest to go for other options and client friendly services in the market.Calvin & Marcio and his team has been unsupportive throughout faulty device replacement process and still no solution has been given to us.We are making hundreds of calls and texts messages daily, there is no response from anyone.Do not recommend their services at all, they just charge you a bomb for nothing. There are much better and cheaper options available in the market. Should have chosen them rather than these fraudsters.Customer feedback reviews say it all on their google profile - how big of a fraud company this is.Sick and tired of calling them with zero response.Soon will be taking a serious action against their team.

If you own a restaurant do not even consider this. I own 2 restaurants that I made the mistake of signing up with touch bistro. Worst customer service ever. They’re accommodating before you sign. Every weekend the system is down. They will not send a technician. The technicians on the phone can’t solve anything. You’ll lose way more money than any deal they offer you.

This is a great opportunity for small businesses to use. It provides a lot of integrated services as well as intuitive screens/menu builds that make it easy for training. I was surprised how disjointed their accesss is from the dashboard. If I want to see payments I have to log in a different screen. We have loyalty, another log in, etc. Push integrates for sales; however, the clock in/out function of TB POS does not integrate. I have appreciated some of their higher level support guru's to help resolve problems; however, most of those problems came from updates and/or glitches that happened outside of our control. Wish that support didn't feel like I gave 4 hours of my life that I will never get back. Overall, equipment and functionality was a very low investment cost for us so it works.

I'm looking for a POS system for a new business venture and stumbled upon TouchBistro. Let me tell you, the customer service at this company is incredible. I was first connected with Felipe, he was so kind and asked all the right questions about my business and needs. He got me in touch with Erika. Her customer service is first class! She makes you feel like the most important call she's going to get that day, very down to earth and like talking to a real person and not just someone she's trying to trick into getting a sale. Unfortunately, I'm not sure my business is going to be big enough to need the premium services this company offers but I highly recommend them if you're in the market for your restaurant! Had them for 5 years, was okay. Finally switched after their sales staff over promised and under delivered resulting in us having to pay our merchant an early termination fee (long story). Their sales staff needs training on the capabilities of their software. Works well for low volume restaurant but not a high volume quick service restaurant. Software and printer could not keep up. Each transaction requires 2 sets of printouts, we had to go through 3-4 rolls of receipt paper everyday. Reporting was good and software was reliable, the only redeeming factors.

As a business owner, we need equipment that makes our day run smooth and efficiently. TouchBistro has given us that. We can count on our system and their Customer Service for support along the way. After 5 years of using Touch Bistro, we highly recommend this great service! I think for us, one helpful service would have been video tutorials when we signed on and as new updates come along. Although, it is easy to use it takes time to figure out.

Just finished using TouchBistro as a restaurant customer. Oh boy, whoever’s writing their interface copy must sure have tons of experience writing for correctional institutions. E.g. an error message: ‘We already refused your request.’
