The space and study spaces provided are limited, same customers who constantly hog the study rooms, I have noticed familiar faces of hogging certain rooms/desk.Not to mention when the masks were enforced the library staff were not polite enforcing it, (they should improve their csr skills).The library is extremely loud, I can see this an issue not mitigated for the last 3 yrs.One of the librarian here decided to organize books in her carts close to the silent study section, out of all available areas in the library she chose to get near the silent study section!!

Nice library. Seating is limited and there’s a lot of people. They do keep noise and food smells under control which is appreciated. They have shared quiet study rooms that are good for people that need extra silence.

Very clean location with fantastic staff. They helped me get my library card set up (after months of inactivity) and even helped me understand the printing system. I come here often to print. I am grateful for this location.

Was nice place. I was there for The Gathering (as a neighbourhood ambassador from Windsor).The meeting area was great. But the men's washroom did NOT have a lock on the door.

Found out that library card needs to be renewed for 2 years now. Wasn't like that before. Hardly any good memoirs books there.
