Ordered for delivery. Called when it was past the 9pm mark and delivery still wasn’t delivered (delivery window was 6-9pm). Was still charged and received nothing. Had to leave message as well and was never called at all about order.Update: Was called personally by manager and she rectified the situation. Was very nice and did deal with situation very well.

Your Thunder Bay store is amazing and the staff are even better. I was looking for a specific item and they were sold out. Rebecca and Talon were extremely helpful and order the item I was looking for had it in less than a week! Me , very happy for all the staff at this store are all extremely helpful. I definitely will be shopping her .

Rebecca and Talon are amazing. They know their product and are very helpful. This is my new favourite Marijuana shop.Edit: I went in yesterday and the lady was very short with me and didn't know much about what she was selling. I found her to be very rude and unhelpful. If I see her again, I'll be turning around and walking back out. There's nothing worse than bad customer service in my opinion.
