Workmanship was subpar, not at a professional level. Embroidery was something my grandmother could do with a sewing machine.

Put in an order at beginning of October for 4 patches, wanted and expected them done by mid October. Communication was cryptic at best, with follow-up emails needed for any kind of response from the business. At the very end of October I received overpriced garbage that was NOT the size we agreed upon, and I did not get an email back about returning or exchanging. I tried twice to get through on the phone, no answer. Funny, since when I walked into the shop to get my patches, the receptionist wasn't doing anything at all? Address on apple maps brings you to the wrong place, unfriendly receptionist, poor quality patches, and not delivering what we agreed upon.Bottom line, if you value being treated like a human being, don't buy from here. Customer service is absolute garbage. They ask for half the payment in advance of even starting, and just now I'm realizing why. I wouldn't recommnd this place to my greatest enemies.

We went there after the phone was busy all day and still is. Walked in and stood there. Called out but nobody was there? I dont know what is going on but the name is different as well. You guys need to get your stuff together.

Price is right, work is excellent, staff is friendly. Will continue to support them!
