TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Heather at memorial branch was not helpful at all. Looked like she just wanted to push us out of the bank instead of helping us by answering few questions we had but she kept on saying come tomorrow, and she did not know answer to any of our questions.she kept on saying i dont know to all our question. Very rude.

Horrible customer service, have to wait weeks to hear back from advisor Diane C. When we had the first meeting even she promised same day responses. But the result is have to wait weeks to get a response and have to send reminders in between. Please do not offer prompt service which you proved that you cannot deliver. Horrible place to recommend.

I was just treated so poorly at this bank. I’ve been at this bank for over 10 years and I’m disgusted. I’m gunna switch banks that’s how horrible my experience was. The lady was so horribly rude and not helpful. She was talking to me like I was a child and as soon as she was done she went up to her coworker and started complaining about me! Worst bank ever.

I switched to TD a while ago to start anew with banking... and I have never been more dissatisfied with any service in my life. Their call centers, as well as this memorial branch are who I dealt with most. From straight up calling me a liar, to refusing service, it was overall the worst bank I have had to deal with. They wouldn't even cash a cheque for me! This cheque was literally printed with the TD logo, and it was a pay cheque. They just flat out refused. This is illegal as far as i know, and tellers as well as managers should know this.Worst. Bank. Ever. Don't waste your time. CIBC is just across the street, and anyone will treat you better than these people.

Just opened account here a month ago or so , longer hours could be helpful. Walked in today to see if can ask a question or two in regards to banking. Clerk at the window needed my banking card , I forgot my access code. What followed from a female manager was a bled of abuse and barking at me. I don't need this. Will find time for ScotiabankDuring work.

This bank is awful to deal with, and so is this branch on memorial. The memorial branch has two new managers that like to discriminate and Harass customers, long time customers, seniors to boot, I called head office and they don’t seem to care as the matter wasn’t dealt with and just seems to get worse

They worst the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank in literaly so mad I’m switch banks. The blanked women working. I think she was the supervisor was the rudest most unhelpful person I’ve ever spoken too. I’m deffinitky making my whole mlfamily change banks. That’s how rude she was. She needs to be fired asap garrentied she’s made sooo many people switch banks

What a horrible experience! Had an appointment with Kasta Budden at 2:30pm on Saturday February 12th 2022. We traveled three hours (with a scheduled appointment) to inquire about a personal loan. When arriving, we were greeted by a smug, unprofessional, condescending advisor who had no interest in doing her job. Kasta gave no financial guidance whatsoever, and was more interested in arguing with me, than accepting my potential buisness. Her attitude was as if I was an inconvenience being there and was a bother to her Easy Saturday Shift." If this is how TD on Memorial does business

The blond at the tellers desk today at 1145 was snotty and unhelpful. Bad customer service for a 30 year+customer. Maybe learn some PR while we are keeping a large sum of $ with u while buying a house.

There was a problem with the machine, so I could not deposit a cheque. I went to the teller and had a terrible time. I ended up leaving and going to a different machine to make the deposit. The machine cannot tell that I come from Jamacia.
