TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

we have requested wire or bank transfer information from the branch teller, he provided a hand written account, branch, institution number on a form of paper. After a Trip to Europe and setup with another government pension transfer to Canada. we learned that the teller omitted to enter the last digit of the account number on the form, for direct transfers, he also did not explain why TD has 2 different swift codes (for us and everywhere else)IS THAT A JOKE FROM THIS BANK.now we are dealing with making corrections due to his oversight.i am so glad i have stopped dealing with TD. unfortunately for my mother she is been with this clowns 30 years now, and to elderly to switch.

i just had the worst experience coming to this bank. i came here to cash a cheque which the account originated from this bank. the bank teller tells me that there will be a $15 fee which is fine, but they asked me to pay upfront. i ask them to take the fee from the cheque after it's cashed. they refused.i drove in from surrey, a very long way to ask for a service that i was outright refused, with a cheque that was certified at this exact location. i can't believe how unhelpful and uncaring this teller was. i certainly feel no remorse in saying they must be the worst td branch anywhere. looking at their rating, i wouldn't be wrong.

Been here couple of times. This location is pretty big but somehow where are always only 2 people at the counter. I guess here is not that busy compares to other locations in coquitlam. lots of parking.

I had the best banking experience at this branch just yesterday. I was there to ask some questions including how their monthly fee works cause my husband's got charged his fee when he closed a chequing account at another branch even though he closed it just a week after May started. And the teller Li and manager did such a great job! They let me know TD doesn't charge any fee when accounts close, and so apologized for the little mistake that other branch made. And they reimbursed sufficient amount to cover the fee and more. I've never had this generous service at any other banks and they were just genuinely nice and kind. I'd definitely visit this branch if I need any other services at TD

He was so thorough in making sure I was understanding what all my options were in the process… a very nice and kind person to speak to! I will be making the trip out to Poco from now on to come to this branch because of him, thanks again!

Met with Ian Porter today to set up my son's bank account. He is amazing, he went above and beyond. This is the very first time I actually got good service from Td Canada trust, considering I have been banking wth td for over 20 years. Ian is the man. Book with him if you want good service.***Helen Lee is also amazing and very knowledgeable. She truly cares about her clients. I can't thank her enough for all her help and advice with our personal banking ******..

I took a Equitable bank cheque to the branch And they only released $2000 For their own security And the rest has to stay secure for 5 business days and I won't be able to touch it As you may know every 1st of each month we pay all our bills or mortgages And I asked the guy would you able to to release another $1000 so my mortgage can pass and he was Keep repeating himself. My question is If you can't help as a human so they can have robots over there. TD Canada trust is not a place to enjoy banking it's a moment that it takes your breath away.

I usually try to avoid going in and online bank if I can (especially during these COVID times) however, I had something come up I had to go in person.I was very impressed with the way their new system works, you text this number with your name and it promptly texts you back with where you are in the line".I dealt with someone named Tyrone?.. Starts with a "Ty". He was so pleasant to deal with

Went to go in to deposit business cheques today. I told the teller to hurry up because the grandma behind was glaring at me. First of all, it does not take that long to deposit them separately and secondly, they had the audacity to question me why I had to separately deposit them. Excuse me but please don’t criticize how my business runs and how I manage the accounting. CEAs also need to acknowledge customers in line but they don’t do that either? MCE please teach your CEAs to deposit faster/efficiently and how to separately deposit them in. There is a way to do them quickly without going one by one. Insufficient training and lack of knowledge at this branch. I better get a survey just so that I can give this branch and CEA all 1s.
