Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Calgary

Had a great experience with Jeff from Mr. Rooter. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision on our repairs. Super fast response time, I called around 9:30 and made an appt for the following morning. They called me around 10:30 and had an opening so Jeff arrived around 11:15. Happy to have our sink draining again!

Great Experience! I emailed the night my sink backed up and planned to follow up in the morning but they called me first thing to book. The customer services ladies on the one were very informative and helpful. Technical Jason came on time and was so friendly and helpful. Made a stressful situation at ease. Explained everything that was going on, gave options and was not pushy. Would highly recommend Mr Rooter! And Jason!

Mr Rooter was scheduled bet. 12-2 but they called if I’m they can do it earlier ,which is great, so I can do something else after. Josh the tech. came, he’s a great guy, explained to me the options and how much it cost. He did an awesome job and ensured everything works well before he left. He offered recommendations with some issues that need attention.

Josh was an awesome representative for your company, if it wasn’t for him coming out as a second call out, I was at the point that I wasn’t going to use Mr. Rooter again, but my faith was restored with his knowledge and customer service. Thanks again Josh!

I had an exceptional experience with Jeffrey Sauermann. Extremely professionalism and so knowledgeable and able to clearly communicate what the issues were and did a fantastic job on each task. He kept each work area clean and was very respectful of my home. Jeffrey is an expert in his field and I would recommend him to others.

We called and Jared showed up within an hour on Sunday. He throughly explained the options and costs for analyzing and unplugging our sewer drain in the furnace room. Repair was done that day and the charge was per the estimate. Very professional service.

Called another plumbing company on a Saturday morning. I have a rental which was experiencing a sewer line clog. They had their on-call plumber call me and he talked me out of their service. He pretty much asked me to call someone else and I had to persuade him to come out which I ended up cancelling on him. I called Mr. Rooter randomly and they came out within 3 hours. Dispatch was friendly and the plumber onsite was very professional and WANTED TO HELP ME solve my plumbing problem for my renters. VERY HAPPY WITH Mr. Rooter and have already recommended them to family and have them doing another project for me next week.

Quintin was very knowledgeable and skilffuly diagnosed our problem and fixed it. He gave us three options ( good , better and best ) and the first option worked for us. He also provided an estimate for some optional work. He arrived on time and cleaned up before he left

This is my the first experience with Mr.Rooter. They were called to fix a slow drained and backing up problem on my kitchen sink. The technician was very knowledgeable, polite and patient to go through each options. I chose the one to clean the drain with snake then finished with hydro scrubbing. They did a wonderful job and checked multiple times that there were no leaks before they took off. I left with full confident that the kitchen drain is trouble free.
