I must share how amazing was my shopping experience today at the store. Linda the Manager and her staff were really nice to us, extremely helpful and dedicated to help me choose the watch that fit my taste and needs. I can say they went beyond service wise making me feel special and willing to recommend to everyone to shop at Fossil Carrefour Laval. Thanks for taking the time and for your professionalism.

Always have the best experience when visiting this Fossil store. The team has always been extremely kind and accommodating. The staff here is very sweet and friendly. They made sure to acknowledge me as soon as I stepped in and treat me in a warm and welcoming manner. But, above all, it is the manager of the store that made this experience one to remember. Even though the shop was busy and she was helping out other customers, she made sure to welcome me and see if I needed any assistance. She helped me try on the watch I had been eyeing and allowed me some personal time to become familiar with it. She didn't skip a beat. Her multitasking skills are phenomenal and she has the ability to make each customer feel important. It didn't feel as though I was just another person in line waiting for their turn to be served. The ambiance here is very open and warm. The manager is extremely knowledgable on the product, and made me see the value of purchasing the brand. I'm not one to often leave reviews, let alone good ones, but my experience in this store really left a great impression. The manager's above and beyond service, honesty, and friendly approach will always come to mind when I look down at the watch on my wrist. EVERY store would be blessed to have someone like her at the frontlines promoting their brand. Hats off :)

I had the greatest experience yesterday at Fossil Carrefour Laval! Linda the store manager and her team are just amazing. Linda is such an expert in her product. She knows it from A to Z, she showed me everything I wanted with patience and I could feel how passionate she is for what she does and what she sells. At this Fossil they don’t sell you just the product but and incredible experience. Thank you very much! I can’t wait to go back and meet them all again.

I'd just like to say that today was the best experience I ever had with the carrefour Laval. My watch was out of warranty by a few months and the manager and team didn't even hesitate to give me a new one . They even took the time to engrave it as it was busy in the store,Also at the time of my visit there were these two aggressive women that were causing a scene . They were attacking the staff and being very condescending and arrogant . The manager got involved and called security. I knew the two women would write a review as they were CAUSING a scene and saying it multiple times. I feel as though Laval deserve the 5star reviewcause they are always kind and accommodating .great job CARREFOUR!

My experience at Fossil Carrefour Laval was nothing less than pure excellence thanks to Linda the manager and her team.Trying to go through the generic customer service online and also over the phone proved to be a very poor and disappointing experience for my watch issue.Linda however, is an attentive listener, cares about the customer and even more importantly possesses that old school professional ethic for really providing the customer with an experience that leaves them knowing that Fossil truly does care about their customers.She, along with her great team, resolved my issue and I can confidently say I will gladly drive the one hour to the Laval location from now on.Linda and her team are a five star invaluable asset for Fossil !-John

The incredible service from both the manager and the employees left both my friend and I in utter awe. The customer service is second to none and most certainly recommend the store to all people of sound mind. Most certainly will return for all my watch needs. Wish I could rate it a 10.

This is my first time leaving a review. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but I had to today because my experience at the Carrefour Laval Fossil boutique was fantastic. The staff was extremely welcoming and very quick to offer their assistance. The associate guided me to the items that I was interested in and the manager even informed me about the various leathers and textures on their bags. The whole team was very involved and knowledgeable and I didn't get a sales vibe, which is something so hard to come by nowadays. They genuinely wanted to help me find the best bag for me and I left with a beautiful bag, a watch, and a 5 star experience!!
