Kar Rite damaged every door panel while tinting my windows. They attempted to repair one door panel without notifying me or asking for my consent. They said because of the car's age the panels were very easy to damage, and were really sorry and they would make things right. They offered some cash that wouldn't even cover the cost of 1 used panel and the tint free of charge. I was not happy with the offer and stated I would like at least the two worst panels replaced. It has been over a year and they were only able to find one used panel and because it has been so long now they weren't willing to offer anymore then that. Why they didn't stop tinting the windows after the first signs of trouble is beyond me. Maybe Kar Rite does fine with newer vehicles, but it is concerning that they are repairing damage without notifying customers.

Karrite has tinted and put protective film on four vehicles for me. Wes and the team have always done an excellent job and have gone out of their way to work with my crazy schedule. Highly recommended.

Had an appointment at 9am on Saturday. Waited 40 minutes after my scheduled time. Doors locked. No one showed up. No phone call. Why bother scheduling an appointment if you're not going to show up. Unexceptable! I have used Karrite in the past but will not be using them again.

I had Kar Rite tint the windows on my Mini Cooper, and I couldn't be happier with the results and service provided by the team. They were both fast in getting my car in and out, and thorough in explaining the differences between the different product offerings. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends of family looking for tint or paint protection film!

Took my brand new WRX to them back in 2019. The tint they did is still going strong and it looks new still. Recently took my Tacoma in Wes helped me out again. If you need a vehicle tinted or Commercial window, give give Wes a call.

*Update*A year after I brought my corolla hatchback here to have it tinted I have now brought my new Tacoma truck. Once again, the guys here at Karrite did an awesome job and exceeded my expectations with how it turned out and well worth taking their advice on going with ceramic and recommended % over factory tinted windows. Finally had a reason to go inside today and it definitely looks like a professional business establishment when you step in. If you search window tinting for KW this place comes up as a solid suggestion to get your tints done pretty much everywhere you look and their reviews speak for themselves. I brought all my previous cars to a guy who’s been doing it for 30 years that no longer does it, but the cars were nothing special and I paid in cash to him and didn’t care about a receipt or warranty.I bought a brand new car and I wanted to get it done at the best place around here and this is the one. I actually canceled an appoint at another place because I felt I was making a mistake not bringing it here. Only reason I made an appointment at another place is because this week was the only week I had more time off from work to do it but Kar Rite was able to squeeze me in their busy schedule so I was super happy to hear this.Car came out better than I imagined. I went with darker tints than the legal 35% I usually got done on all my other vehicles in the past. They had two people working on my car and it was done in around 2 hours from the time I left the shop. Price was reasonable and you know they will be around to honour any issues as part of their life time warranty. You might find places slightly cheaper but in a few years when it starts peeling and you find out the place you got it done closed shop then you’ll have to spend that money or more anyway to get it redone. Just make the better choice from the start to save yourself any potential issues in the future, especially if you have a nicer car and care about it.Thanks for the great service! Will be bringing my wife’s SUV soon to get a sun strip tinted on.
