Fantastic customer service by Nicole and Kim!! Due to circumstances, I did not end up needing storage but if I ever do in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area, they are on the top of my list to call! They are one of the few storage companies that will deliver containers to your location up here, don't bother calling the other big 3: pods, cubeit, or cows - they won't service up here.

This is the second time we have used Calloway Storage and their level of service is just as great as the first time. Nicole was awesome on the reservation side of it. The container showed up when they said it would and the driver Steve placed it exactly where we needed it. They make moving all the less stressful with their professional group of people. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

We rented a container from Calloway for our move, and it was delivered today. This is just the beginning of our move, but so far, it has been the best ever moving experience. Don Bradey was the driver - I wish I could deal with people like Don all the time. He is professional, courteous, and great at what he does. Thank you.

Very good service!! I wrote to Calloway Storage in the morning on Labour Day and by noon the same day everything I needed was properly set up, all by email! If you're in the area and are looking for a storage bin to be delivered to your property, look no further, seriously. You will be happy with Calloway Storage.

I am very impressed with Calloway so far! We are moving from Toronto to Muskoka and needed to move and store our excess gear due to downsizing and renovating. Downsizing can be very stressful and this easy move has given us time to renovate and then receive our goods after a few months! The bin delivery system is really interesting to watch. The loaded container is moved so carefully and level that I had no concern for my items. They are well cared for!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a storage container from Calloway. Each step of the process was handled efficiently and smoothly by the trained staff members. The booking process was very streamlined, the delivery was on time. The placement of the 8' X 20' box into a tight spot was excecuted without and issues. The container was clean and ready to use.I would highly recommend Calloway for all of your storage needs.

We got our storage unit delivered today as scheduled.Driver was courteous, friendly and professional. The unit is as advertised, clean inside and out, tight seal on doors and dry.It was placed perfectly to make loading as easy as possible.Nicole was great and answered all our concerns during the initial conversation.This is less stressful option for moving and I would recommend Calloway if you are moving or require storage solutions.Marty.
