Had a BestBuy arranged installation service for gas range and dishwasher. Extremely pleased with the service provided by Maple Appliances for the following qualities:1)promptly called a day before to confirm time and address for the installation and recycling2)On the day of service, called half hour before arrival (and they did arrive in 20 mins)3)both techs are extremely professional, knowledgeable, cordial and polite4)issues were explained very well to me with photos and how to correct before installation5)quality of work is excellent - removal of old appliances, update of gas piping and routing, obvious care hooking up and moving new appliances into places. Watching the tech work really does give me a sense of confidence that I am in good hands.6)timely service - they book me for two hours, and everything is done (including re-routing, removal of old appliances) in two hours.Usually, for such installation, one can expect havoc, delay, and general un-happiness afterwards. I also had such prior expectation. However, the tech somehow made it a tolerable (even enjoyable) experience and a good 2 hours learning (for me) with supreme quality of work. Had an OTR and Dishwasher install job scheduled with them via my Home Depot purchase. I had requested if they could come earlier than the agreed upon date and they were able to accommodate a day in advance. They (techs Gautam and Singh) arrived on time, professionals were really good at their job and did not leave a mess, did not damage floors/walls, or the appliances, when dealing with stuff out of scope - they were able to point out clearly what they would do to resolve installation issues and carry it out. Overall, very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Amazing service. They were busy but immediately asked me if they could call if something came up earlier….and it did!They showed up at the right time, but I was missing something for the install. They left and went to their next appointment and came back at the end of the day! No charge.Kind, courteous, perfect work and just excellent overall.

I was referred to Maple Appliances by my appliance supplier. Pardeep and his team were great and very responsive throughout the process. My cabinet installer ordered the incorrect panel sizes, which Pardeep identified quickly and provided the correct measurements and came back when the new panels came in.I was also very indecisive on the pull location for the DW/Fridge and Pardeep patiently walked me through some of his previous work / recommended where he would place them (which were all correct).Highly recommend!

Pardeep and his team came highly recommended and I can see why. They were professional and made sure my new home appliances including panelled appliances were set up perfect. I would highly recommend them.

Maple appliance installed my new dishwasher in a very professional way, they remove the extra top, install new tubes and charge, put its outside aligh with cabinet. Finally they suggested me how to use and clean it properly.

We had our panels installed for dishwasher and fridge. It was very nice working with Pardeep. On time and very proficient. He was easy to communicate with and was able to get job done on timely basis. He did an excellent job in installing the panels. I would definitely recommend and would use him for any future projects.

Thanks to Gautam and Team installed my new over range microwave. The staffs are nice and patient, and their work is very neat and efficient. I definitely will call them when I need this kind of service again in the future.

Is been the first time I used them. The reason why I choose them was because I was tricked by other appliance repair company where they just come and lie to me about which part was broken. Collected the visit fee and never come and fix the issue. Thus, I had to search around to find the experts to fix my dish washer. This is where I came across with Maple Alliances, where they told me no part was broken. It was just simply a build up issue, where it needed to clean and release the build up. They diagnosis the issue and fix the issue. When they quote us the price, it is completely reasonable and they fix it in timely manner and was very professional on everything. I was very thankful to them giving me a rare relaxing and smooth experience with alliances repair. ( Had a few bad one)I am very thankful for the help and the honesty!
