Worst service.. business hours are useless.. parcel delivery with their drivers are also unreliable.. they slap a pick up tag everywhere they go and don't even make delivery attempt!

Wooow! The service here was the best thing that happened to me today. I had to ask the name of the person that helped me Gulneet Singh because he did an extra mile by helping me. I really appreciate what he did because it was the last day for me to send the papers I sent. BIG THANKS!

I was a bit surprised by the average rating at this location and concerned that service would not be good. I was pleasantly surprised as they were courteous, efficient and helped me through the three different oddball requests for express post. I got lucky that there was little wait time with only one person in front of me.

I’m still in shock at the horrible customer service I had at this location. The woman who helped me named Agnes was rude and unprofessional. She answered my questions as if I was an idiot and just annoying her the whole time. I was so friendly with her and just asking about postage for sending something overseas. I felt awful afterwards because I was so angry about how she treated me. I will never go back to this location.

Never had any issues, always quick and friendly. Why people would get mad expecting them to provide tape and packing material for free is beyond me. Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency for someone else
