First time having body work done. Great overall service. Super knowledgeable and they streamlined the entire process so I just dropped my vehicle off and picked it up when it was ready. The manger of the store would even call me and give me an update after there was a delay because the manufacturer was delayed in shipping the parts. They were completely transparent on everything that they were doing while I waited for my repair. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for autobody repair whether it’s your first time dealing with these kinds of situations or you’ve been looking for a good repair shop to continuously deliver good service. I would give more than five stars if I could because Mario and his team totally deserve it. I will continue to go to Maaco in the future should I need any service on my vehicle. My entire experience with the team at Maaco gave me the feeling that they care about doing right by the customer and are not just about doing jobs for the money.

I was referred to MAACO by a friend, Mario and his team didn't disappoint at all. I usually don't write reviews, this is my first time writing reviews because Mario and his team did an amazing job, fixing the car. The car is like new again, they went above and beyond for the job they did, for a fair quote. Don't waste your time shopping around and if you do, you will come back to Mario to get the work done. Professional, friendly, and job done right! Mario was a superstar and repaired the scratch in my rear door perfectly. I had never had my car painted or scratches repaired before, so I was nervous about the potential outcome, but the work was perfect and my truck looks as good as new!The new paint is a perfect match and I could not be happier! Absolutely 10/10 job and I would 100% recommend Maaco (on Judge Rd. in Etobicoke) to anyone looking for great service.

Great experience and definitely fair pricing! Had quite a few scratches on my rear bumper from a minor collision and it was repainted flawlessly as if nothing ever happened. Also had my windshield repaired due to a chip. They genuinely care about their clients and provide you with the best recommendation for your car. They do not try and pitch the most expensive option but rather the option that gives you the most value for the money you spend. Definitely going back here the next time I need work done on my car!

I brought my car in to fix some extensive scratches and it was a positive experience. Maaco did a fantastic job fixing them. The service was amazing too, very professional and courteous, and my car was exactly as promised - shiny and good as new. Thank you Maaco for doing such an excellent job!

Recently picked up my New/Old car from its makeover at Maaco Etobicoke and this was definitely the right decision for these times. Mario and his crew did a fabulous job and I could tell he was as pleased as I was with the end results. An older model car came back looking like it had gone to a car spa and was eager to get back on the road. Thnx Mario for a job well done and giving my ride just the right amount of botox.

Mario and his team did an exceptional job with reparing my car. It was a very difficult situation externally, but Mario took charge in contacting me, providing updates, and keeping me in the loop. Incredible experience all around!

I did have a wonderful experience with this Maaco about 5 or 6 years ago. This year however, not so much.I came in looking to repair my bumper which poped off while I was reversing at a campsite. He told me it was un repairable but only so by buying and painting a completely new bumper. I asked if he could macgyver it back together and he said no.Not only that but he told me to go buy the bumper and clip myself because sometimes kia messes up and ships the wrong product.Long story short I went to Bessi Auto and he repaired it for me for $250 instead of $1400. Looks as good as before the incident......Ok.... so here's a response update - Nov 6 2022 9pmHi Mario, thank you for the response. First off, there are 7 of these bumpers available at the Bellville Kia location, so the reason the other shop didn't call me back is because they're inept. They too weren't confident enough in their abilities to repair my car so they also quoted me $1400.Secondly, I'm so happy with the job that was done so I definitely didn't get taken...Look, I know you do good work when you want to but you clearly didn't want to with me and I'm expressing that to the googleverse like a good citizen should.PS. it was only one other shop not two.
