Old, dated, Run down and so inconvenient. Parking is far( ok if it's not raining) and you have to pay $5 for it , the gate is broken though. I found out after I brought the token. You have to take an elevator (that takes forever) to get to the lab and when you get there the staff us not exactly warm and fuzzy. I will not be going back.

1. It's in the wrong place on Google maps which I will report. It's in the main St Josephs building right hand doors.2. Parking if $5 and must be paid in cash. If you don't have cash the ATM dings you $2. It's far from the building of you're sick or its bad weather.3. The elevator is mind numbingly slow. You will wait 5-10 minutes for it to come for you. We all eventually took 6 flights of stairs. Not in the basement.Go to another lifelabs location. This one is a logistical nightmare.

It was my first time going to this lab. Discovered parking is $5 and you need a special token which requires cash to obtain. Signage to that effect is drastically lacking. And surprise no ATM. The pharmacy which offers cash back doesn't open until 10. I was there for fasting blood work so definitely before 10. A nice lady downstairs at the desk was willing to give me a token if i came to pay her .......which i did and she thanked me for being honest. Wonder how often that happens since you have to drive down the road to find a bank machine. What an ordeal.The lab itself was good. I got in earlier than my appointnent and it was relatively quick. I wouldn't call it a friendly type of place very few smiles or pleasantries exchanged, which would've been nice, but definitely a professional and clinical vibe so works for me. If not for the parking fiasco I would've given a better rating.

Always so efficient and friendly. Only go to this location now.

Were incredibly quick, friendly. The best part they were able to get blood the first time. Im terrible to get blood from.n

Quick and Friendly...they moved to the basement a year ago! Girls were super friendly!
