This place is the BEST. I would recommend it over every other place in Belleville. Cant say even about this place, the staff is wonder & cant say enough about Stephanie. She has gone beyond & above what any other bussiness has done to get replacement for my hearing aids. I would tell people to only go to this place & if allowed I would buy each & everyone a TIM HORTON'S gift cards for what what they've had to deal with while putting up with my troubles.

Terrible Customer Service - 0 Stars! Called to cancel appointment. Was given incorrect info from online booking. Once educated, I changed my mind and the receptionist said - well...you called to cancel the appointment" In other words..too bad for you! Now that I've told you it would be free with Doctor's referral vice the $75 you were told...too bad...you wanted to cancel

Good friendly service. Only complaint is my dad uses a walker, when he went to sit in chair for fitting, it had wheels and rocked back as he sits hard. Glad I was standing behind it...not best solution for elderly. Otherwise..great place

I would give ZERO stars to Helix. Today my CHILD received a letter in the mail from a Collection Agency because HELIX claims a signature for funding was not given in time. My child has moderate to severe hearing loss and has been dealing with Helix since she was 2 years old. NEVER again! Shady service.In July this year I received a letter from HELIX in MY name stating I had TEN days to pay $1000.00 due to the signature not being signed by the physician by the due date to receive funding, WHY is my CHILD with a disability now being billed from a Collection Agency? Shame on you!
