At first we were happy as the team was friendly and hospitable however we were left for long periods of time in the dentist chair and kept waiting (on the upwards of half an hour). It seemed as though all the work that had been done by them previously was just repaired at the next appointment. I have status coverage and it felt like they took advantage of it and billed me unnecessarily for work that just fell apart. I had posts installed which fell out before they even put the tooth on. Not one to leave bad reviews but was severely disappointed.

The management is extremely humble and polite. Everyone works so passionately to make sure the patients get best experience. Professional staff, neat and clean environment, so glad to receive the best service from best staff.

It was my pleasure to be there with my family. The receptionist Gagan was extremely supportive and helpful. She welcomed us and explained everything at the beginning then tried to call the hospital to know further our medical history. I definitely recommend this clinic and will continue to go there once needed.

They have not respect for patients time. I had my app at 3.15 and it started at 4.05 ( that's 40 minutes later). Additionally when you call them to get information about the bill they are super rude. I was attended on the phone by a girl with very bad manners. She did not want to explain anything to me, she did not let me to talk, She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills !! . Poor service. I wont come back.

Amazing staff and service. I have a-lot of anxiety going to dentist from a previous negative experience so I switched to city dental. My kids and I loved the service provided. They were so gentle and made it a priority to make sure we were comfortable throughout our procedure. Highly recommend them.

My wife had three chipped front teeth to be fixed this morning and Dr. Sana who was extremely polite, very kind and very knowledgeable, worked on my wife's teeth and did an amazing job. My wife's gorgeous smile IS BACK. We are grateful for her work. Thank you so much City Dental Cenre.
