They have a huge selection of party nececities and a ton of costumes to choose from. They have a wall of balloons to choose to purchase for helium as well. They have pinatas and the candy for them and grab bags.its pretty much your one stop shop for parties!

Picked these balloons yesterday August 16th at around 5:00 and today August 17th already 2 balloons have lost the helium. $60 and I didn't get even a day's use of it. Very Disappointed!

Called 3 times in the past 2days from Windsor to actually pay them a complimentHowever no one ever answer's the phone.and judging by all the Nad reviews,I see now that this behavior is fitting of the staff hereWindsor staff always answer's their phone abs actually helped Me order something from this location that they didn't have.I would hate to actually be a local customer of this store though

I bought a product that was on sale, unfortunately it did not suite my needs and wanted to exchange it for another product. When I return the next day I was informed the product was on final clearance and I cannot exchange it. I was never informed it was on final clearance and on the receipt it didn’t gave any indication that it is final clearance. I always bought all my children’s party supplies from Part City but after this experience I rather move to another group.

I went to couple days ago. I don't remember last time I came in here. So, that much long time ago I came here last time.Anyway long story short. When I in store then one of employee said to me Excuse me. You can't shopping with your bags" I thought I heard wrong. I had two tote bags and one lunch bag with me. I don't have even backpack."It's too big bags so you can't shopping like that" she said. One tote bag was I just shopping different store items in there. One of tote bag was my purse. And one more bag is my lunch bag.So

Went there for the first time today. The ladies were super friendly and helpful, and when the balloon I had filled accidentally came lose and flew away outside the store, they didn’t hesitate to replace it. Lots of selection, will definitely go back there!

I recently placed a curbside pick up order, when I went to get it I waited over 10 minutes for my order even though it said I was the only one in the queue. I finally went inside the store and then waited another 5 minutes before someone bothered to come to cash. The person who came to cash was rude and acted like I was bothering her by being a customer. Very unpleasant experience.
