Explains and verifies you are doing your exercises correctly, plus print outs. Punctual, personable, very caring professional.Glad I found her. Frederick is amazing! He fixed my shoulder and arms after I couldn’t sleep at night and got carpal tunnel problems. I had so much pain before that I had trouble moving my arms. Also he fixed my neck, back and hips. In only two appointments I felt 100% better. It was much more productive to goto him for two appointments, than taking many massage appointments at other places which I had done for six months.
