This place has the best selection, but they have some serious limitations in their hours.Like 3 pm on a Saturday seems abit early and 4pm weekdays is absurd. Like who is able to purchase from you ? Stay at home spouses? Or people who don't work ? I don't understand that marketing.I love this place but whenever I think about going it's closed not a great business model

A wonderful selection of cheeses, crackers, olive oil and more! The staff is helpful and knowledgable. Always the perfect stop when preparing for a lovely evening with friends, wine ...and cheese! I love exploring the tastes and varieties!

I've been shopping at Chasing the cheese for over ten years, they are always very helpful in finding what I need for different occasions. Every year for Christmas, I make up a a cheese place with many different varieties of cheese and its always a hit. I always come to them when I am trying out different recipes and it calls for a specialty cheese, they are always able to help me out in a positive & professional attitude. Keep up the great work I hope to be coming this cheese shop for years to come!
