Making it Right installed new patio stones and patio decking for me. They did a great job ensuring proper installation and making everything level. I would use them again for other work.

He was in the neighbourhood working so we asked him how much it would be to remove 2 shrubs. We came to the agreement of $75 to chop both and remove them. After he chopped both in ~10min, he said he'd be back to dispose of them later. After calling him however, it turns out he wanted an extra $25 to remove them from our curb. We were going to dispose of them ourselves as we no longer wanted to deal with him but he ended up just coming to remove them so we paid him the $25. Definitely not about the $25 but it leaves a very bad impression when you renege on an agreement and ask for more money to finish something.
