Sales rep is very rude. There is only one lady at the counter and she said she had an older model on discount and when I said I would still need some time to think she said the discount was valid only for 2 mins and that if I left the store I will not get it. I was ok with this information till she rudely said “go”. Not going back to consult at the same location! Staff needs training in speaking to customers.

Just WOW!!! We passed in to look at some mattresses and did not get any further than the Tempur-pedic‘s!!! Took a test drive on one of their memory foam mattress is and I was sold right away! Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable telling us all about the features of each different model. We did not end up picking up a mattress today because we are looking for the future when we get our new house and can upgrade to a king. Definitely an investment worth making when we have the space.

We purchased my nephew a bed, headboard and a kingsdown queen mattress today from this location, sale rep Nitan was very very helpful and professional. He is patient and kind and promptly helping us to make our final decisions. Thank you very much. We also purchased bed cover and the purple pillow. All very satisfied. Now we are waiting for delivery and to see sleep county full fill the customer satisfaction to the last bit of it which I am sure of it. Thank you!

We had Nitan as an rep yesterday for our first mattress shopping in Toronto. Nitan is very good at understand what we need and explained every details of various type of mattresses. Great mattress shopping and service experience! Highly recommend!

Great selections of mattresses and pillows, in addition to excellent customer service, however it's a bit pricy here but may be it's worth it because of the quantity...

We made a purchase today from here and Joanna Lang was our service rep. She was very kind in explaining to us the various types of mattresses available and also the ones still under black Friday sale. She also let us try out some of these by lying down in them, so that we could make an informed decision. She was honest enough to let us know what we can expect to get at a good value in Sleep County and what not, which we appreciated. We came back with a good experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a mattress.

Wes, I hope I am spelling his name right. He was so helpful in ensuring I closed out on my purchase and help make corrections which I had initially started online. He was so courteous and happy to show me around and gave me insights on every choice I made. I am happy I made the purchase and even happier Wes attended to me. Thumbs up to Wes!!!

Went to the location with 20 minutes left before closing on Friday May 19th , while looking at beds the employee approached us within a minute stating that we should come back tomorrow as she was closing. We proceeded to keep looking as there were still more than 15 minutes left until the shop was scheduled to close. The lady then proceeded to start shutting the door on us and telling us we needed to leave. Practically forced and reluctantly we had to leave the store well before scheduled closing time and all the other stores across the mall were still open. Going to a leading company in the home furnishing/decor field I expected professional service from the employee(s) working at the store. However, this altercation was horrendous and left me baffled so I went to mall security and asked that they keep the footage saved of her closing the store on us this early as I will be complaining to head office. Such employees do not deserve to work for high end companies and should be trained to ensure they respect customers and not execute lazy behaviour and cheat company time .
