This place is terrible. It is overpriced, the machines are small, and the dryers never dry the clothes. The woman who works here told me the dryers are meant to be run twice a load. But at 2.50 a load who can afford that?I would avoid this place at all costs if you can.

Been going there for years. No choice I have no car. The place sucks on every level. The wàshers many only fill 2/3 or less ßo it gets costly because you pay 3.50$ per half load so that's 7.00$ a load to wash.then the àncient dryers run for a half hour but don't dry clothes so you have to double up on that nd pay twice total 5…00$ total 13.00$ a load.worst is the waiting, you Wait forever to dry clothes. My advice is don't go on a hot day, you sweat bullets for hours because it all takes to long due to old machines

Our laundry got clean, but the machines are so dirty, you have to be super careful, when you take it out of the machines. The entire place needs a super thorough scrub - gross.

Expensive, dryers don't work. The lady working never smiles.always being yelled at by nearby Asian people. No wonder it's for sale

customer service is poor. She came over and was trying to tell me i was doing it wrong and making sure i used enough washers.Dryers won’t dry your things. you can put it on for 2 cycles at 2.50 each and you’ll still need to hang things up.washers are small and are 3.50 each!!3 loads cost me minimum 40$Although, it is clean in there. I would avoid going here if you have another place to go.

Washing machines are 3.50$ and small. What would be two loads of laundry turned into three because of the small size of the washers. The dyers were horrible. Clothes had to be put through 2 drying cycles 2.50$ each which was 5$ each load and 10$ just to dry 2 loads of laundry. Ridiculous. Last time I’m coming here.

I have used laundromats all over Ottawa and this is probably the filthiest one I have been in. The machines are not large. They are the size of small household machines and they are old. Not all of them work and the ones that do work do so poorly. After paying 2x to dry my clothes they were still damp and I took them home that way to air dry. The price for a wash in a small machine is $3.50 and the price to dry is $2.50 for about 30 minutes (some of the machines stop sooner than 30 minutes). After paying $5.00 to double dry 1 load the clothes were all still damp (2 pairs of jeans and 5 long-sleeved shirts).This is my 2nd visit - new to the neighborhood. I will never go back. I would have been better off paying an Uber to take me to Bronson and Somerset to do my laundry. Even with the price of the Uber I would have paid the same and had dry clothes.Majestic is the only laundromat in Hintonburg which, I imagine, is how they are still in business. The onsite staff are completely unresponsive and the entire place is a mess. Another customer was wringing buckets of water from his clothes after his washing load had finished".I would give them 0 stars if I could."

When my washing machine broke and the replacement part was very backordered I needed somewhere to wash my clothes, sheets and towels and found myself here. Although the machines are old and some are broken, the attendant makes change and sells detergent and dryer sheets. I only used the washing machines. I was able to do 4 loads of laundry concurrently and was in an out in under an hour.Covid protocols: I was the only customer in the place so distancing was not a problem. The attendant wore a mask the entire time I was there (as did I). There is hand sanitizer available.I will go back. This is a handy laundromat. They also offer wash and fold service.

Really love the drop off service! Not that much more costly than doing it yourself and the convenience is hard to beat. The clothes come back perfectly cleaned and meticulously folded. Jenny is so nice and helpful - she even returned $20 she found in my jeans! Highly recommend.

My favorite. Convenient, cheap, and efficient. Very nice and friendly staff. Only one lady and she's the best. Been going there for 5 years now.
