I started working with Adele Anderson over 3 years ago. She introduced me to Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP). Without these techniques that she practices I wouldn't have the courage to face some of my extremely traumatic backstory. These techniques made it possible for me to face my traumas without feeling any judgment or shame from the outside world. After some of my sessions I actually felt like I was levitating because I was able to release the powers from the past.
