Greeted immediately when I walked in. Explained my needs. Pooja was able to find me what I needed without taking too much time. I was in and out in 10 minutes. A+ customer service.

Worst customer service ever !!!The woman employee was completely disrespectful to my spouseWe had been shopping since 6:30 with no service at all from employees, the store closed at 7pm with no announcement at all, with over 400$ of goods in hands we were told to leave, that the store is now closed and was too late to make a purchase or try anything on.... it was still 6:59 on my iphone... showed her but she did not careThe woman was rude, obnoxious and impolite, she clearly did not care about her job at all or the company she works forWe will be filling a complaint to head office with video of the incident

I visited the store with my friend to shop for some clothes, but we faced a lot of rudeness from one of the staff members. She spoke to us in a rude way and told us to move our bag from the table where she was folding clothes. She said “Like I said” with a look of disdain, as if we were dumb and couldn’t understand her, but she had never talked to me about it before. When I told her that I wasn’t there when she mentioned the table, she said she was talking to both of us. She made us feel unwelcome and inferior. When I complained to the manager about her behavior, he didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. He just asked me if I wanted to buy the clothes or not. I bought some stuff because I needed it urgently, but RW&CO. should train their staff better and teach them how to treat customers with respect.

Worst experience at this store (July 9, 2022)yesterday we spent more than an hour at this store. Supervisor name - Carlos or Carla (brown guy with curly hair) was so rude with us regarding their pricing and inventory problem. I had 5 dresses with me from clearance with clear price tags (Red color price tags), we confirmed first with store employee about prices. I completely understood that they had some inventory problem where they had not updated the prices in system. and but supervisor behaviour was so pathetic. That behaviour of your staff was totally unacceptable. Staff really need to understand how to deal and talk with customers.

Manager lady with curly red/ brown hair is so rude and unprofessional she did not want to help her customers. She is very obnoxiously loud, i dont know who would appoint her as a store manager, you can see most bad reviews are referred to this lady. Like maybe she should take a chill pill and go back to elementary school and learn about basic decency, manners, and politeness

This place has the worst customer service! Taya forgot to give us a gift receipt (after we had requested for one) and had to redo the transaction (cancel the transaction and refund the money). But since we used a Vaughan Mills gift card to pay for part of it, the funds were not immediately returned to our gift card (rather it would take 5 business days). As such, we were out $130 for the transaction and had to pay out of pocket.The staff (Taya, Jasnoor & Carlos) were dismissive of our concerns and said it was out of their hands. They made it seem like it was our fault. They kept saying we were being disrespectful when we were trying to simply inquire how else they could help us. They also said we thought they were stupid because they worked in retail when we did not make any statements to that effect. They kept talking over us, smirking, and talking in the corner about us. The staff are not genuine and kept gaslighting us the entire time.When we asked to escalate the issue to a manager, Carlos spoke on our behalf to that person and changed the story completely so that it looked like it was our fault.Their final response to us was “we don’t get paid enough to listen to all this.” The lack of professionalism and respect for customers is disappointing! I hope your staff receive some retraining.

This girl at the store ( Rita ) helped me the whole 2 hours I spent buying my wedding suit and all my best man’s too, wish it was allowed to tip people like this because they deserve more than what they get paid. Will be back for more suits for other events!

Sweater gets shrinked or d-shaped after washing. The quality is not good now

Very disppointed every time i come here. Now, we dont even bother going to this location. They have 20 staff that walk around even though they have line ups on cash. Everytime we come here we always have to wait in line to pay for our merchandise until we end up leaving and decide not to purchase anything. Everytime we come back, we always hope for better service. But its the same problem each time so now, we dont even bother coming here

November 2021 4★Located inside Vaughan Mills shopping mall, this clothing store offers a great selection of stylish clothes for both men and women. They also sell fashion accessories.Staff was ok. No complaints at all. Got help when I needed it. After all, you font necessarily want pushy sales either.Store layout was good. Not overly congested and things were in order and mostly organized. Clearance items also plenty and there's some good deals to be had.
