Brutal company! They manage the go train service today - seriously the service is growing worse and worse each day. I take the train 10 times a week and is late 9 times out of 10. A minute or two I can understand. But it's often more. Taking the Hwy and dealing with traffic is more appealing to me at this point - i spend $450 a month in train tickets - and I'm confident I will save more money driving, and parking. The reason for the train delays, 'signal problems seriously fed up with this company"

Took a trip from Burlington to Meadowvale today. Wonderful experience with lots of help from staff.

I know that you are not finished with renovating and I also know that YOU know where everything is however, for someone who only passes through Union Station a couple of times a year, it can be quite confusing.MAJOR PROBLEM: signage to the washrooms. Believe me, a senior citizen does not always have much warning before needing to use the facilities. It would be a BIG help to have more signs OR even one that says 'where the old ticket stand was'. It would be GREATLY appreciated.

Metrostinx: Where incompetence isn't an accident, it's deliberate. Imagine The Three Stooges or the Trailer Park Boys designing a transit system.At the Niagara Falls GO train station, there's only 2 outdoor kiosks. One is broken. Big lineup to use the second one. Or you can go into the station and buy your ticket from the clerk using cash or credit card.Where the GO train stops at Union station, it's a 1km+ walk through a maze to get to the TTC subway. Renovating this building has been going on for what, 10 years?The turnstile display says Tap Card. I tap my Presto card. The turnstile says Wait. So I wait. And Wait. Then it says Tap Card. So I tap again. It says Declined. I go to another turnstile. I tap. It says Declined. I go to another turnstile. I tap. It says YOU and not WORTHY! I look around and see half a dozen TTC kids helping people with their problems. I explain with sufficiently colourful language my experience. He lets me in, God bless him.I SO miss the metal tokens and mechanical turnstiles from the 1980s.

This day..i got a right answer from a bus driver about my complain on a bus stop here in Syntex road. He took an effort to report to his supervisor about No seat for bus stop" ive been waiting for a 1 half hour always from work just to take a bus missasauga to keele everyday. At summer is good but when winter and snowy like this...It will be difficult to wait a bus"

The level of service Metrolinx is providing is 30 years behind.Embarrassing for the fastest growing city among G7 countries.

Drivers (at Oakville Go) need to be more personable.There is a proper and not so proper way to respond to others/customers.

If every year Canadians got to choose one company to dissolve, it would be this company. The most recent laughable scenario was I loaded my card and because the funds weren't available within the 4 hours I needed to use them by I didn't end up using it again for a month. Guess what, they refund you if you don't use it in time! On top of it never working it's just plain funny.

Trying to get to downtown Toronto. Looked up the schedule a day before, went there only to see that the train had been cancelled...This is why you must own a car, so much more reliable.Also, what is with the reserved parking" sign at almost each parking space at Mimico Station? It is impossible to find parking anywhere during CNE or Blue Jays game. Parking should be first come first serve."

Upsides:Regional Express Rail will totally change the way people in the GTA get around. Off peak service every 15 mins to Aurora? Great! (Although I hope it will go to Newmarket!) Service every 15 mins to Aldershot? Awesome!Downsides:Too expensive! It costs almost $5 with presto to go from Union to Exhibition! Taking line 1 TTC costs than the 509 streetcar only costs $3The trip if I used a go train for the latter segment would be $8! That's crazy!The RER program does not go to Richmond Hill, Milton, Kitchener and only goes to Hamilton every hour. Richmond Hill: You build a new go train stop- Gormley, make a big fuss about it than run 40 trains there a WEEK? You should run at least a train every 30 mins midday and at least every 50 mins weekends and evenings. Milton: You blabber about a new mobility hub" at Kipling and it does not have midday or weekend go train service? Milton should have midday and weekend trains!
