Very friendly and helpful staff member. I bought a battery maintainer for my car. It was on sale and the young man who served me told me the unit was recommended by another staff member. It was the last day of the sale and they had two left which is exactly how many I required. Their covid-19 protocols worked just fine and I would definitely go back there again.The unit was easy to install myself and I am a bit of an idiot when it comes to any kind of mechanical things!

Went here today for pads, rotors and calipers for an emergency repair. We even called ahead to ensure the parts were there and asked that they be set aside as we would pick them up ASAP.The store didn't even have the rotors when we got there and took a solid 30 minutes to get ONE caliper, which was rusted and missing its piston. The guy that helped us was THE SAME guy we talked to on the phone.By far the SLOWEST SERVICE EVER and the most utterly incompetent staff member ever.Avoid at all costs. 100% will never return.If I could give -ve stars I would.

Bought headlamp bulbs, installed them in the parking lot and one high beam bulb did not work. Took it right back into the store and they said no returns on electrical parts. Horrible customer service

I have dealt with part source for quite a few years, and for the most part liked the store, and the service, but after the problems I had with inferior product coming out of this location, I will not be back.Purchase some 3/8 power steering hose

Bought break pads few day to your store. Asked the guy to make sure they are the right once he confirmed yes 100%, went to mechanic to have them install and we found out they are not the same one. The time I spent to have it fix and ended up not being fixed. Need to come back to the store have it replace and rebook appointment again to install them yes like paid twice for the same service.Really nice guys

I don't even know where to start, lol.Asian guy who answers the phone sound drunk and love slumming it, and the best part is he got the same attitude when he's serving you in the counter. Super rude.(oh! and just in case your saying I'm racist, no thank you because I'm 100% Asian myself! :).)The other guy keep calling me sir (OFFENSIVES) and i politely correcting him and hes definitely unapologetic at all. SO VERY PROFESSIONAL. AND YES! It happens 2x. :)I used to like this place but now, I'm totally stop going. Napa auto is good, canadiantire is OK and lordco is a must try.
