Cassandra was wonderful with sending emails about what items could be purchased within our budget.Shannon was amazing with being so patient and helping us find the perfect matches . She also took the time to explain the invoices and went above and beyond to check if we qualified for additional credits by researching all of our purchasing history to see if any of our warranties were completed.

My husband - Thomas Cressman and I had an excellent shopping experience at The Brick with the help of Salesperson Jessica! Jessica welcomed us as soon as we entered the store providing us with all the info we needed regarding their Tent Sale". She listened to our needs carefully and then took the initiative to show us several pieces. She was not in any way pushy and let us look around the store until we found the perfect piece. She went above and beyond and got us a great deal on the perfect loveseat for our home. I would highly recommend her!"

We went to buy our first mattress and we were on a strict budget. Cassandra was beyond helpful. She showed us several options in our range and helped us to find the perfect one for us. The experience was smooth and very enjoyable. Also our mattress came in 2 days which was so quick. We will definitely be back in the future for more furniture. Thank you Cassandra!

Lexi and Cassandra were very helpful in finding my daughter a new bedroom suite. They took the time to look into and answer all of our questions and got us completely set up. I was very happy with the sale price and was offered an additional discount if I purchased the furniture warranty. I initially declined, but after thinking about it further, I changed my mind and came back the next day. They quickly made the adjustments to my bill. I appreciate the quick, efficient and friendly service we received at The Brick. My daughter cannot wait for her new suite to come in!

My partner and I went into the Brick shopping for a new bed. We were met by Shahroze who provided the absolute BEST customer service we have experienced at ANY furniture store we have ever shopped at.He was well informed, patient, honest, thorough, relatable, and efficient.Not once did we feel pressured; he provided us with an answer to each and every question we had and, when he could, provided us the proof visually/physically.He worked with his manager to assist us with a delivery date that worked best and went above and beyond at every turn.The Brick is LUCKY to have someone like that representing their company and we sure are thankful to have him a part of the Thunder Bay location!!

Sharron at The Brick Thunder Bay was incredible! From the moment we walked in she was inviting and helped us with all of our needs. She made the process quick and painless and made great recommendations for my father and I. Delivery was quick and the delivery drivers were awesome as well! Definitely would buy from here again!
