I waited for an hour first. Then the lady said that I have to go back to my seat and wait again for someone, because she can’t help me ( new ssn I guess very hard). Then I waited another 30 min and left.

Mrs. Parker is one of the most outstanding representative that this company has and that I have ever met my life. She is a true professional who is very detailed, factual and precise about her knowledge of the company. She was calming, spoke clearly and very patient. We went in expecting a long wait for our services( an hour and a half at best). The employees were courteous. The specialists that helped us asked us to stay a little longer bc they thought they could help our process. We stayed. It helped. Would do it again.

My dad went through hell trying to prove he was disable(he suffered a stroke and brain aneurysm) after years of fighting he was finally considered disabled it was already bad enough they told us the first payment would be in January(it was dec at the time) but we just received a letter saying he would get his January 11th payment on February 3rd without explaining why they would push back payment 2 days before the first one even came the government truly is filled with slimy people

All four representatives I got on the line were extremely rude and dismissive. Lack of proper professional etiquette. Hung up on twice, no apology when I let them know this and hung up on my face when call was done. Horrible. -1 star

I've had the misfortune of visiting this place several times to no avail. Frankly, the entire process is egregious, the people I've dealt with here are impatient and rude despite my best attempts to be cordial and calm (even though the ambiguity and lack of communication about proper documentation is frustrating). Not sure if there are discrepancies in the way these people are trained, but how is it possible that I get 10 different answers to the same question? Convoluted process, insufferable employees who act like they aren't getting paid, and excruciatingly long wait times.
